Updates on everyone's health yesterday except for Whiteside, they must know he's out for a bit more time

his value went up by him not playing.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Between lebatard, cote and skolnick, have to wonder if Riley is running a smear campaign through the media to try to lower his value. It won't work.

Come on no way is he doing that.

Those are just narratives surrounding him and this team.

Jason Liesner was correcting fans the other day who were under the impression that teammates had given up on Hassan or were tired of him when the opposite was true. Everybody likes him, they just hold him accountable because they know how good he is/can be.

I doubt that.. IMO, Riley will do the opposite... You cannot deceive what is seen...

Bosh isn't overpaid given he's featured in all our best pairings and lineups. Not to mention the value of the overall contract relative to the swollen cap. He's on a good contract. Dragic is on really good value too, and as we're seeing lately, he's actually really important to our offense. This forum has a weird way of undervaluing important players.

Or we simply realize we need to tame any attitude issues before it gets out of hand.

Everybody can see how good Whiteside is, i don't think we have ever questioned his game. It's his mentality, ego/attitude that has always been the issue from the start.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Wade wanted a long-term deal last year but Riley convinced him to sign for one year with the summer of ’16 in mind, with financial flexibility and Durant in mind. Would Riley now give all of that up to re-sign both Whiteside and Wade?

Durant aint coming here, and only one of Whiteside and Wade is 26 years old. Its an easy decision to make.

Not really. 1 won you 3 titles, has only player for the heat and your president is a loyal guy. Trade Whiteside

nope!
Keep Whiteside unless for a deal the Heat cannot just ignore. Or
Keep Whiteside this season and check the options in the off-season. If the Heat can convince him to take lower than the max, that will be great.

from Greg Cote
If you opt to keep Whiteside, you are telling your fans this basic core is good enough to win a championship. Does Riley believe that?
100% no... This current group will not make it.. Heat needs to re-tool this summer.

I agree with Greg Cote, its not an easy decision to make but I'm confident Riley will make a good decision. A decision that is best for the franchise. The franchise is the 1st priority then the players personal interest.

Heat should use the caps space for a franchise changing player. Dumping McBob's contract is a must!

This. He's basically white Draymond Green on a bargain contract. He's a huge peace that any true contender must have. One could argue that on a performance per dollar basis McBob is just as if not more valuable than Anthony Davis.

Blow it up, dump everybody and reinvest the money in shooters. We have to give McBob weapons to pass out to.
