Maybe so but I also don’t believe the reports that he’s opened the cupboard and said take whatever you want outside of Bam and Jimmy. I think he’s trying to keep the best possible team together so he’s probably slowly adding piece by piece as needed

Simmons does not want to head to Portland either. He was faking injuries to prevent him from getting traded to Portland. Only the Spurs can save us cause he’s come out and stated he would love to play for Pop and Pop has always said nice things about him. Pop is just a pain in the ass to deal with in trades.

You don't get back surgery as part of a performative temper tantrum. The back issues are real. And just another item on the laundry list of negatives associated with Ben Simmons

Herniated discs are common. Draymond Green had one, but he chose non operative recovery and it took him several months.

Who knows what the real story is, but I have a strong suspicion Simmons wasn't afraid to go the extra mile to one up and beat the sixers FO.

Not all herniated discs are equal. Of course you’re free to your suspicions. It’s possible knowing Simmons. But the procedure he undertook was no minor thing. It was major surgery calling for general anesthesia.

Grant Williams got the qualifying with Celtics threatening to match any offer. I hope some team offers a good amount to push Celtics deep in the tax. I wouldnt mind Diallo on this team, he is a cheat code that hasnt been unlocked yet. Wood being unsigned is also very questionable. The sooner this Lillard deal is done the better even if its not with us.

20m to be a 4-5 best player who may or may not even be getting end of game minutes is fiscally irresponsible, especially so with the new upcoming cap rules.
