For such a horrible game from Duke on Saturday. Tatum looked good. Made a couple 3s, played good defense, rebounded missed a few shots ge usually doesn't miss like a couple FTs.

Giles moved much better and started to show how great of a rebounder he is, 8 boards in just 13 minutes.

Luke was Luke. Everything else was just a compete **** show. I know this is weird to say but it is clear this is a very poorly coached team. No flow at all, Bolden has been horrible but it's hard to get into a flow of the game when you only get 2-3 minutes a game.

2-3 mins has to be a hard reality for a top recruit and potential one and done

K has really **** the bed so far this year with this team and especially the big men. Duke has so much depth with the front court but for some reason still is playing Amile Jefferson 30 minutes a game at the 5 even though he's best at the 4 and gets abused at the 5 while Giles, Bolden and Jeter sit on the bench. Bolden has looked bad but can't blame him when you get so little minutes to get into form. A really really bad look for K and Duke especially when it Bamba (2017 big man recruit) has said he was going to keep a close eye on Bolden this year. Very frustrating as a fan and I can't believe the frustration Bolden is going through.

Yea going to take a hit on draft positioning if this is a year long thing. I still think he'd probably be a better choice for a team desperate for a big this year over Adebayo. Not sure I can get down with a 6'9 Center

Would really like to get two lotto picks this year. I'm really liking what a guy like Lauri Markkanen could do for this team. He has a nice handle for a big and a real solid shot. So long that he is going to get his shot up over anybody. Like him a lot, though not enough for a top fiver.....hence the need for a second lotto.

Wish I could ignore the injury history, If Giles could play the 5 long term and prove he hasn't lost a step he'd be a great prospect. Want a wing or C if Nutella, Smith, and Fultz are all off the board by the time we pick

Xplosive but stil 6'9

Future top 10 player. I haven't been so sure of a guard prospect since Wall.

I don't think you can go that far but yeah should have atleast a good career. His freethrow shooting has me concerned and I'm not sure that'll he'll get to the line a lot like some of the top PGs in the league. I think Smith will end up being the better scorer but Fultz the better "shooter".

Fultz will be better than John Wall. I'll even go one step further: he will become a top three among NBA players. I wouldn't worry about his free-throw shooting. At the moment, he is attempting 4.2 shots from beyond the arc, with an accuracy of 1.9 per game (45.5 %). And when he throws, Markelle has a very fast release. At his young age (18) there's nothing to criticize about his game. Let's not forget, that he still could grow 1 or 2 more inches.

That's what she said!

Seriously though, he does have some lead shoes, and that's a good reason he's settling around the tenth pick or so in many mocks. Not his only weakness either.

However, he does have a nice skill set offensively that should allow him to get his shot off against anyone. Nice set shooter. Also a nice shooter off the dribble due to high level handle for a big.

Are we talking about Fultz? Because if so, there's zero percent chance he doesn't go top 3.

I don't think Markkanen's a stiff player at all. He's really mobile for seven-footer but you're not going to see that in a highlight video that only showcased his 3-point shooting.

He's definitely got some stiffness, especially when you compare him to a guy like Hartenstein. Doesn't bother me much though as I'm not expecting him to be a lead guy or a guy that needs that to succeed.

Hijacking this thread a bit to talk about a projected top 10 pick in 2018 draft, Slovenia's next big hope, Luka Dončič. 17 years old, 6-8, playmaking G-F, averages 8 points, 3.5 rebound and 3.3 assists per game in Euroleague for Real Madrid, a team that features NBA tried players Rudy Fernandez, Andres Nocioni, Anthony Randolph, Gustavo Ayon, Othello Hunter and Jeffrey Taylor (although the last three barely played in competitive NBA games). He's also the youngest Euroleague's MVP of the round award winner ever. Draftexpress has him 3rd in 2018 mock draft, and he's a top 10 in every other mock I've seen.
