With Lavines trade kicker I think that's STILL not enough cap wise and to get us out of the 1st apron. Think we'd actually take back more salary, would have to do the math on Lavine + 15% trade kicker

Did Highsmith kill someone while I was asleep, or does he have the same agent as Caleb?

Convinced only reason Orlando is still around is potential trade or contract matching. We can't bring him back with Ware love Bryant.

Yup they have until July 15th to decide or can extend date if they need more time. Patience is the Godfather’s greatest virtue- Rapaz

Should have kept Caleb for $8M/yr. Ah well best of luck to him.

Other teams are wising up on Miami free agents. They leave here and turn back into pumpkins.

Eat it and take the 1st rd pick in 2026. They probably won’t do it though due to future cap machinations.

Highsmith's lawyer (who moonlights as Caleb Martin's agent) advised Highsmith to reject a plea deal for 3 months probation. Highsmith's death penalty trial starts next month.

I know the while Lauri thing is a pipe dream but I've come around to it IF we were able to acquire him. Great fit with Bam. If we acquire a true #1 some lucky way over the next few years then Lauri slots into his natural #2 role and Bam #3 role on offense.

He is CSU's career leader in points (2,350), assists (863) and 3-pointers (629). Stevens averaged 16 points and 6.8 assists per game in 2023-24. Stevens tested the NBA draft waters a year ago but returned for a final season of college. His size (listed by CSU as 6-foot) was the main factor in limiting his draft status.

I would love to add Derozan but Lavine has always made more sense from them especially with assets attached

We still have holes at PG and PF. Please we can’t open the season with J Rich as the backup PG.

What did he sign? Exhibit 10 Skyforce contract?

Return to Miami Heat
