If Herro is worth 30 million then Giddey is well worth 30 million. Bulls acting real cheap here for a player that was carrying that sorry squad and almost got them into the playoffs.

We need to jump in there and save them both from the back and forth, send him this way for Wiggins and then they can reroute Wiggins to the Lakers for a cheaper price than we’re asking if they want.

Giddey is worth 30M. But the bulls have all the leverage in an off season where no teams have cap space. Teams are squeezing the players in negotiations. Locking in good players into favorable contracts is key to long term success. That was always true, its especially true now in new cba era.

Warriors doing same thing to kuminga. Sixers to grimes.

Rozier Wiggins JJJ and a 1st for LeBron and Bronny

LeBron lets you play Powell and Herro together

Herro
Powell
Bron
Bam
Ware

It’s the best team in the NBA

Giddey needs to hold tight and continue to threaten to sign QO. If he does the Bulls will have to trade him cause he’ll definitely be walking next year. Can be attached to Vucevic in trade with his QO at 11 mil. Giddey has to gamble here and not let the Bulls lowball him.

So gamble himself into a trade to the Heat!! I’m down! :D

We need some things to fall in our favor for once after the whole Dame and Jimmy debacles/outcomes.

The Bulls GM is Lithuanian. Wonder if Kaspar for Giddey could be discussed.

Giddey is the ball handling engine this team desperately needs

Shhh… this does not help the “front office is trash” narrative.

I don’t think anyones said that they were always trash and never good though. Over the last 30 years Wade is easily on of the best players the league has seen, if you dropped him into a game right now he might be cooked after 10 minutes lol, things can change drastically with time.

They will demand Ware as part of the deal lol.

The Wiggins situation reminds me of the old saying, pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered. Wiggins needs to be motivated to play his best, he needs to be basically cuddled and drowned with positive praise to get the best out of him. Does that sound like the Heat? Him not even doing an exit interview should be the biggest red flag to get him out of here before he just mails it and collects his checks. Nothing would be more Heat like than us having to attach an asset to move him after he just mails it in and destroys his trade value.

Bulls kinda lose some leverage if he signs his QO. I couldn’t care less for us keeping Wiggins but doubt there’s a good trade for him out there right now. Maybe Powell can come in and light a fire under him. Wiggins needs some crazy around him. Maybe even Russell Westbrook lol. Feel like Wiggins was terrified of Draymond and forced him to play his ass off.

Like clockwork, Bulls been cheap since MJ days. Get Giddey at the deadline, trade them Kaspar, all is well.

Yeah he’s arguably just what we need in terms of playmaker. Especially with Kaspar not going to be ready for a long time

Giddey would be a solid get especially at 30m per year.

That’s alot of Jimmy (thanks Wade), Bam which was a great draft pick, and Spo. Should’ve tried to maximize the window instead of sitting on their hands being delusional in undrafted guys and Tyler. Only team in the top 6 there without a championship in the 2020s, I know you don’t think they did everything they could to win it all.

Kaspar fits the young Bulls timeline perfectly too. They just drafted Essengue and Buzelis just turned 20 is also Lithuanian. Just saying could be a good trade fit for both teams if they don’t want to pay up for Giddey.

Giddey has until October 1st to sign his QO. What needs to happen is we need to bring Giddey in for a free agent visit and Shams needs to report on it. This would give some hope for a potential S&T. We have the parts to do it. Giddey needs to play the field like Brunson did when he was restricted. Even if teams don’t have cap space they can still work a S&T for the amount the Bulls refuse to pay. If Giddey signs his QO the Bulls lose all leverage as he’s prepared to play out the year and leave.

We have a top four organization in the league (period). Who are the Heat without Wade? Question could also be, who is Wade without the Heat? Who is Butler without the Heat. Who was LeBron without the Heat. So on and so forth….

You can’t go ”all in” all the time… there just ain’t enough assets to have that type of control to go all in all the time.

Yep. It is funny seeing how fans will downplay this, I think a lot of it stems from fans that came over during the big 3 years and see it as a birthright to win it every season. Its unfortunate we came up short the last two finals trips, but one thing for certain is if you look at the track record HEAT as an organization has consistently been pretty damn good and its a credit to the ecosystem they’ve built.
