After watching his triple double game against a ranked opponent, I thought of the hypothetical backcourt combo of him and TJ and it would be really fun.

The only comparisons he should have with Rose and Westbrook is how explosive an athlete he is. He's not as shifty or quick as Rose but his explosion around the rim is on those two's level. Style of play he is nothing like those two. DSJ is an actual PG at this stage of his career and has much higher PG instincts compared to those two. He says he's tried to mold his game after CP3 and you can see that in the PnR. The dude is a phenom running the PnR. He's still little more of a gunner compared to CP3 in college but DSJ has really good PG instincts.

Who cares about athleticism when you can't shoot? I'd rather have Ball averaging 8 points and 10 assits per game than Jackson averaging 17ppg with poor free-throw and 3-point shooting %. Ball will atleast be a great role-player but Jackson can't be your #1 option. Luckily the Suns will probably pick Jackson before we do so we won't have to make that mistake.

If you're telling me we have a choice between a guy who would score 8 ppg vs 17, I'm sorry give me the higher scorer and you can keep your shooting stats. You cant draft a role player in the top 3.

So you wouldn't draft Draymond Green with a top 3 pick?

Bro I'm just here to shoot the breeze, if it's more than 4 sentences throw in some bullet points.

Dwayne Bacon looks like one of the most talented scorer's on the surface, he's going to have to hope someone can mold him into anything more than chucker

I have also warmed to DSJ - I actually had him number 1 when I checked out all the prospects initially ( albeit just highlight mixes ). I thought his handles seemed effortless - like he had the ball on a string and a great feel for the game. I was concerned about his surgeries but then his efficiency was just awful at the start of college season and he dropped off for me. He has really picked it up and now has fantastic efficiency. I'm not sure where I have him but I now see Fultz, DSJ, Ball, JJ and Tatum as the list I'd be stoked to end up with. I.e. we need to be bottom two, then we are guaranteed one. Nutella has shot up the charts for both nbadraft.net and draftexpress.com - I may need to see more of him. I was underwhelmed with what I saw in highlights last time I checked, but that may show how a quality vid can do you wonders in the public eye

Giles imo is another Winslow type of development. They both have tools that allows them to play instantly but their offense is severely lacking. I'm not completely against picking him especially if its in the teens or 20s but there's alot of question marks around him. It'll really depend on who's still on the board at the time

If he passes 11th its a steal. I see him going in the top 10.

Just looked up Monk's measurements, 6'3" with a 6'3" wingspan, no wonder he's not rated higher. That is a small SG. He's smaller than TJ.

Tatum is growing on me. He is way more than just an offensively skilled SF.

Oh ya hes definitely a stat sheet stuffer. Defends his man very well and makes defensive plays and hes a good rebounder as well. Hes a pretty complete package.

Depends on how you project him. I never considered Winslow a top 5 pick in his draft. I always had him in that 8-13 range. So in my eyes it not a steal but good value and i feel the same about Giles even if he didn't have the surgery I wouldn't advocate to take him top 8.

Think he actually has a 6'6" wingspan. Either way, he could develop into a decent PG. Teams will be making the same mistake they made with Curry.
