We should be rolling with:

Lowry / Vincent / Dragic
Herro / Oladipo / D. Robinson
Butler / Strus / Cain
Love / Martin / Jovic
Adebayo / Zeller / Yurtseven / O. Robinson

With Lowry's question marks, we could absolutely use a vet like Gogi who knows the Heat like the back of his hand.

Just let Highsmith go. We have his replacement with Cain

I didn’t even realize I missed him in the depth chart. Guess that shows you my opinion

Naw...just bring me Dragic...

Is that a cooking? Could be.

I meant Dragic fits the bill? Is he healthy?

I wasn't sure which way you meant that, whether you meant he is those things or you want someone else who is. LOL

Having said that, he is def a high IQ player who knows our system. I don't know what he has left in the tank because I haven't really seen him play this year. Having said that, I wouldn't even care what he has left in the tank. Bring him home.

He still problably gives you an impactful 5-10 minutes per game of savy vet play with the bench mob.

Would love to resign Dragic. Just don't see room for playing time now we are down the stretch, the rotation is gonna get tighter to a 9 man rotation and Lowry situation isn't answered and likely returning.

I can definitely see Dragic returning this offseason and playing the Haslem role. But the Heat has to lock down with what they have. Its time for Herro, Butler and Bam to take over (including Dipo). These are the guys the Heat are supposed to live ir die by.

I like the idea of Herro leading the bench as he did in Philly.

Its important that the Heat put together some win streaks in these last 20. They have to show they win consistently in the regular season in order for them to do it in the playoffs.

Jovic definitely not. I'm still holding hope for Yurtseven because I think he fits the second unit of Dipo - Herro - Strus - Martin better than Zeller. Oladipo needs to have a pick n roll/pop big to play with. Strus has a lot of chemistry last year with Yurt.

If the Heat can get an effective pick n roll offense between Dipo and Yurtseven, it would be a HUGE impact.

Its gonna be interesting to see how the Heat handle the return of Lowry. Do they move Vincent back to the bench to pair with Dipo and bench Strus, keeping Herro with the second unit in a 9 man rotation? Will Yurt and Dipo be good enough offense to play Herro more minutes with the starters, keeping Strus with 2nd unit in a 10 man rotation? Does Lowry come off the bench?

Yo 3ammy. You're praying for Dame, while Blazers fans are praying for Jimbo

Dame makes more sense here!

How? We dont have the asset. Instead praying wishing some player wants out, why not you know actually make sure our players dont become disgruntled. Butler is not happy. Bam from his comments about being back to back def player of the year shows ambition which is great. Our so called marketing team is now 20 games from the season ending starting to hype him up? We should work on making our player happy with our commitment to winning, instead of you know getting another un drafted player and expecting the world from them.

I’d feel a lot more comfortable having Dragic as the third guard at the 1/2 spots. One injury and you see the ripple effect it has on our backcourt. Highsmith is a dime a dozen player. Marcus Garrett plays elite defense too but he’s buried in the G. Jamal Cain also has a higher ceiling over Highsmith. Let him go and allow Dragic to finish out here.

Damn even Sam Amick is reporting this. Looks like Embiid might actually be available this summer if Harden leaves :o

Example why screeners are important!! Screener is a talent and skill, meaning players with the size, iq and the skill set to set screens. Players like Martin and Ariza etc are not screeners.
