Btw I noticed there are some Nets fans saying that match up well with us, but I don't see it. They don't rebound well, slow on the wings aside from Livingston, slightly above average on the 3 ball, average on offense and defense. Id imagine their honorary scrub to light us up would be Thorton or Teletovic which will be annoying but its not like they have someone who can play off the block, back to the basket. I barley saw any Nets games this season, but the ones i did see, they looked very very slow.

matchups schmatchups...

I watched pretty well the entire tor-bkn series and I think the heat's defense is a little better (mainly the rotations) but bkn will still get their buckets, they have great shot-makers in pierce and JJ to go along with good shooters like thornton and teletovic. the difference should be on the other side. the heat's offense should be able to torch Brooklyn, even when they are playing their small-ball lineup.

zone might give the heat a little trouble, but hopefully everyone has been working on their shot in the past week.
