Just pointing out as an aside, this Dedmon ejection is really showing that whats happening this season is more than just a talent thing. There are major problems right now within the organization. Jimmy seems disengaged. Bam and Tyler are blossoming together but their relationship with Jimmy seems not as close as it was. Spo seems to have lost the team, but you can't really touch Spo because he also simply doesn't have the talent. Bam called out Spo and the team about being undersized in a post game a few weeks ago. We don't have trade assets. We don't have draft picks. Our players are made of straw and are constantly injured. This thing is a mess and there is no clear way out.

I've been thinking this whole time that we are missing the glue guys that have always been a staple of a Miami team that kind of just brings the team together (James Posey, Udonis, Shane Battier, PJ Tucker, Crowder)...even if we get that, though...seems like major problems. Something is going to have to give.
