Howard would kill us with Anthony or Bosh on him. Camby would be big in a series against Howard. I love Cole, but we need really need a defensive big center.

Howard would kill the Heat.....

But James would kill the Nets.

agreed. we're going with a 3-guard rotation. doesn't matter whether lucas or cole is the back up pg, that's 6-8 minutes AT BEST early in the season and towel waving duties after xmas.

Howard has been a problem for us. But to me the 3 point shooting of the Magic is why we would keep losing against them and blowing leads too. I don't even remember how many times we would blow a HUGE lead against the Magic because they got hot from 3.

Williams is a great 3 point shooter too. Johnson can hit from there too.

We still have the edge. They have the Center edge but we have the SG, SF edge lol.

I'd rather look at Bayless that JL3.

I Nets get D12 then they will be tough, but we win SG, SF, PF & bench match-ups. I wouldn't get too stressed, but it would be better to have a big who defend true centers in case we meet Nets & Lakers in the playoffs.

JL3 spent the entire postseason fishing and talking trash to Heat fans and mocking them. **** that ****.

As a Mavs fan, i'd really love for the Nets to put together that Williams-Johnson-Wallace-Teletovic-Howard lineup. That could be an amazing rivalry for the next 4 years, and who knows, maybe it could trigger Lebron to raise his level even more. He's capable of doing it. Competition could make this Heat team even better probably, and of course it could revive the New-York-Miami rivalry.

I don't see the Knicks doing that. Would you guys fear that lineup? It would be an amazingly balanced lineup, but i would still give the talent edge to the Heat imo. Lebron is better than anyone on that team, Wade is better than Johnson and Williams imo, and Bosh is better than Johnson and Wallace, and i'd still take Ray before Johnson. I wouldn't trust Johnson in the playoffs.

Man I love people hyping this Teletovic guy up, the man hasn't played a single NBA game yet and he's All-Star status already. I can't even remember the last big man that came from Europe that's been pretty good prior to the Wolves' guy.

I respect your opinion, but i think 2012 Wade is definitely not better than Howard. Wade is still amazing, don't get me wrong, but Howard is better at this point in my opinion. But who knows, maybe Wade will be healthier next year, and can do his 26/5/6 thing like always. Also worth to mention that this Brooklyn lineup would seem to be a much more natural fit than the Heat's lineup. Could be a good one, i know you guys probably wouldn't mind to steamroll the East, but a rivalry would be great for the non-Heat fans.

Would you guys be OK if we traded Cole for Camby and got CJ Watson to sign here?

If the Nets get Howard, then we need to get a Center one way or another

The Bulls did not pick up his option...he's a FA...he's not hot commodity because of the mistake he made in the playoffs...
Chalmers/Watson/Rookie PG
Wade/Allen/Miller
James/Battier/Jones
Bosh/Udonis/Lewis
Camby/Pittman/Curry

I'd take this in a heartbeat!

CJ Watson would be a nice addition but I cant see him signing here for way less than he can get elsewhere. Lewis would be a really nice addition to help spread the floor and lower the minutes for Wade, LeBron, Bosh, Allen to keep them fresh. It will allow the Heat to always have a 3pt threat to spread the floor.

Also I've seen that Bell has an interest in Miami, if the Lewis deal were to fall through, thats not a bad back up plan at all.

The Knicks with Chandler and Camby as his backup would have a nice combo to counter Howard joining the Nets

CJ Watson is not signing here, it's not even a remote possibility so get that one out of your system now so we dont have to talk about that for the next few pages

Yes, but as mentioned, he's probably out of our price range. I assume that's the only reason we went after Lucas first. PEACE.
