Give this team a scoring 4 and see what happens. Think Jerami Grant would be a great fit with this group. We could allow him to continue to be the scorer he wants. Resign Tucker to be a backup.

Sheer burst has to mean Mitchell right?

The 3rd best player on a title team that's often a defensive role player is not untouchable.

Once again, this fanbase gets too loyal and defend mediocre players. Bam might as well be Whiteside. I'm tired of this mental midget disappearing in games. The results speak for themselves. Is this franchise's ultimate goal just to say we made the ECF and embarrass the team on the national stage? If we ran into a healthy Embiid or played Milwaukee, or a big team in the West, Bam gets destroyed again. Bam is our PREMIERE center piece. He's the main young guy. Jimmy is our best player, but he's older. Bam is meant to be the glue. And he's not. He's awful in the big moments. Good defense isn't enough. He's a complete liability against bigger teams on defense, and can't score. I don't know why Heat fans are still defending him.

Once again, I bring up this franchise and fans being too loyal to players. This is how we give giant contracts to Duncan, Tyler Johnson, James Johnson, Dion Waiters, ect. Ugh!

I’m not as upset as some. Feel like we overachieved just to get here and injuries have gotten the best of us.

Build an offensive scheme that requires Bam to shoot 18 shots a night and he’s averaging 25 and the narrative from some of you about him is completely different.

Adjustments will be made for game 6, but you're kidding yourself if you think our entire offense can be restructured in 48 hours. We're not reinventing the wheel at this stage of the season. Lol

That's my problem though. I get that it sounds spoiled, but is our ultimate goal just to always be that team that is just happy to be there but never really has a chance of winning? I think maybe this style of play works if we had the bigs on defense and a more sustainable half court offense. Right now, this team's philosophy is live and die by the 3's, and get destroyed on the glass.

We said the same thing in 2020 as well - that we just overachieved and ran into injuries at the wrong time.

I think for a #1 seed, not winning a championship has to be considered a disappointment.

Major disappointment. Every season since we’ve had Jimmy is championship or bust

The same feel here. We basically overachieved this season and may have reached the ceiling of this group already.

A bunch of undrafted players and a lack of a true superstar.

This series against Boston show that you need a Top 5 superstar to win the title.

I hope that’s not one the $100 bills that ended up in that other lady’s vagina.

Bam controls his own narrative with his play.. He’s soft, a scam artist, and he is afraid to shoot. The home crowd treated him like a make a wish foundation kid because he was so petrified to be aggressive.
