Jimmy had a great game, they’ve injury just looks like a stinger but who knows.

Unfortunately I actually think this path is best for them to make a deep playoff run with likely getting Houston round 1.

I don’t see Memphis being able to go into that building and get a win with soft players like Jaren Jackson anchoring them and even if they do the Warriors will throttle the Mavs/Kings in the 2nd game.

3 way tie for 18, meaning it's randomly decided who picks first so 33% chance to pick at 18, 19 or 20
they probably still make playoffs but it's not a sure thing, I give them 85% to make it out of the playin

The 7th or 8th seed doesn't determine the draft position, and the regular season record still determines it. As it currently stands, that means the Warriors will give us the 18-20th pick (three-way tiebreak needs to happen first), and if they lose both playin games, they'll give us the 14th pick if they don't jump the lottery.

I write code, break it, fix it, then pretend that was the plan all along. It’s a graceful stumble through bugs and stack traces.

In mild doses its fine.

It however has become a religion of zealots sermonizing to the whole of the fanbase that a savior will soon deliver this team to the promise land.

Year in, year out, no savior to be seen or heard from.

That was a nasty knee to the quad/knee. He's going to feel that for a while.

Jaime definitely going to be the centerpiece in getting us Durant this offseason. They are going to love him in Phoenix.

It feels like the Bulls are finally set up to win this time, though I’m keeping my expectations in check.

I mean, there’s no way they lose three years in a row.. right?

And they are going to get bounced in the play-in or the first round. Jimmy was great here the first few years, but I'm glad we didn't give him the contract he wanted.

I don't see us trading Ware without getting a legit center back. Bam has finally been freed up and Ware with a couple more pounds should be a force internally.

Yeah, I appreciate his contributions and how he helped us make 2 unexpexted Finals trips. Great stuff.

However, the injuries and the salary expectations were just nuts at his age.

I also thank him for forcing our hand as we were uninclined to do what we needed to.

Here is another interesting scenario…

If Memphis loses both games, they jump into lottery, which means either Dallas or Sac just fell out of lottery, but would be higher in draft order than Dubs. So that moves our pick into 19-20 range. So we definitely want Memphis making it into the playoffs. Dubs missing all together would be nice as it gives us higher pick… but does run the risk of lottery miracle and us not getting the pick.

As for our own pick… give me the lottery miracle if we miss!!! Best team building outcome is us winning the lottery into the top 3 pick, and dubs missing the playoffs with no lottery luck!

If we are going to make the playoffs like idiots(I mean not giving OKC and charlotte unprotected picks next year isn’t dumb but man do I want some good picks this year!)… give me another miracle run for the kids’ development!
