But in reality is there really any comparison between the two?
Stockton was some player.

Well we do have shooters. But because of injury and COVID we are expecting them to be scorers. They cant carry the team in scoring. The only shooter who can somewhat do so is Robinson. Missing scorers in Butler, Herro and Dragic, the Heat lack a point guard.HIF wrote:Vertical Limit wrote:We may need to get a third team involved but honestly, im interested in both jj reddick and lonzo ball here... jj reddick gives us instant offense and depth that we dont have.

Strus
Vincent
Iguodala
Olynyk
I hope theyre all renting cause a few of them are out.. nunn might be on that list too.
I thought pre-season we were stacked with shooters.

Woj said he looked into Beal situation and his party says they do not want a trade, that Beal is just disappointed and wants to stick through it.

His party wouldn't know, he's not going to let anyone know if he wants out, he seems to value his own loyalty that much (hence picking up the extension earlier then he had to) and yeah, I think he'd rather win in Washington vs anywhere else because of his loyalty. If and when he gets traded in the next year, you'll see him relieved and much happier than he is now. I still can't believe they gave up a draft pick to trade Wall for Westbrook, with all the recent video out there of Wall looking like his old self so to me, the only reason they would have moved him is because they presumed Beal wanted him moved and I think they thought wrong about that.
I don't think Miami has the assets to get Beal but I know it's a topic on this board which is why I'm looking at it, I'd still rather have Oladipo or LaVine teamed up with Butler and Bam because they should cost considerably less.

Honestly Lavine is not worse then Beal and may be cheeper BUT i saw un article on realGM that the Knicks have 5 first rounders and they targeting Lavine if he becomes avalible. I think both Lavine and Beal will cost us our young studs and all our 1st rounders.
Oladipo on the other end will be much less expensive. He is of course not on that elite level of Beal and Lavine.
