No, nothing reverse. I've been watching some piss poor basketball. Really and truly and it pisses me off. I think the Heat will win game 6. And tell me what then?

The Heat are **** toast. The only question is which of these bums do they mistakenly keep going forward.

This is intriguing. Couple of contenders and the Bucks may want him back for sure.

It's up to PJ if he wants to ride the sunset here in Miami.

Miami Heat play the hearts out!!

They definitely overachieved, but that was the problem a lot of us had in the offseason. A lot of us didn't like the signing of Lowry and Duncan. It felt like we were tying all of our cap space to a short term team had little chance of actually winning a title. I thought we were going to be a 4th seed who lost in the 1st or 2nd round. We made the ECF and got the #1 seed, but it's the same problem that I feared. A short term team that won nothing, and is now stuck with corpses.

I go back 50+ years and I've never seen anything like it. The most bizzare topsy-turvy playoff run I've ever seen. I would not be surprised in the least if Heat take game 6. These Celts aren't consistent and we relax instead of go in for the kill. I don't think Rob Williams will play. He's a fragile flower. And when he doesn't play is when the worst **** happens to us.

But really. If Heat win game 6 what then?

On top of that, who the hell here thought this Jimmy max extension was the right move?

Herro turned him into 6moty. Come on guys. Let’s see what we do with a number 1 pick SG/SF

Nah this fanbase ain't build for a long rebuild. We were no 1 seed and made the ECF finals. Most didn't predict that yet most are pissed because of latest loss. Can this fanbase survive 3-5 years of sucking to get elite talent, then another 2 -3 years before they ready to be real contenders.
They are pros and cons to how you decide to team build. For the rebuild route it takes a lot of patience. Now you can be lucky and win the draft in a year that deep that has generational talent and speed your rebuild up. Otherwise it takes time.

Personally I hate the OKC model. I'd rather try to win as long as the team doesn't stop making changes in order to improve. And I can guarantee Riley won't stand pat. There will be changes in the summer if we are out in ECF. There have been changes the past 3 seasons.

I understand the rebuild route, its the best way to accumulate talent to build a potential dynasty but isn't a guarantee and you are wasting seasons.

Then the Celtics getting pounded by the Warriors is delayed a couple days.

You would think after Butler's embarassing performance in the playoffs last year that we would have been more hesistant to give him this monstrosity extension through age 37.

Well now that's funny because I had thought up till recently that WHOEVER came out of the East would kill GS. Be it Celts or Heat. Now' I'm not sure. We've beaten each other up so badly we're all walking wounded. I really don't know.

We don't need to rebuild like OKC or Orlando. We just need to be WAY better in our we handle the cap space. We need to stop throwing huge contracts at old injury prone guys or guys who massively overachieve because of our coaching. Use those guys as trade pieces for better players while they are hot. Also, build a team with actual bigs and get away from shooting 40 3's a game. We're never going to be those lottery teams. We don't need to be. We can fix these problems with smart decisions and coaching. The problem is they keep making the same mistakes in the offseason.

A team needs at least two guys who can score, for the Celtics if Tatum has a bad game Brown steps up and vice versa. The Heat relied heavily on Jimmy and if he's not performing they're screwed. Need another go to scorer at a high level.

You guys are winning the series. That’s a given. Sadly, whats also a given is that neither of these teams stand much of a chance against the Warriors. Unless of course injuries come into play. On an even playing field, the Warriors are the best team. And they have the best player, the best offensive weapon the game has to plan for. Injuries are the only hopes in my eyes, and at that point the title feels dirty, like the Raps title with the mercenary kawai and the injuries to Klay and KD. Completely underserved title bought by a mercenary and injuries.

Well ok, that's it. I just wanted to vent and get away from the rah rah of my board. I don't want to overstay. But when/if what I think happens happens and Heat win game 6 I'll be back to see what you guys say. I think it'll happen. These celts are maddening and frustrating to no end.

And mods that want to ban me just give me a 24 for now. I want to be back here when the Heat win in Boston. Hell if it doesn't happen I'll perhaps come back and risk a ban just to say I was wrong. I swear on everything I love and hold dear I see the Heat winning game 6 though. We'll see soon enough with the aggressive NBA scheduling.

Butler will be good for a few more years he’s not the issue. I’m more concerned about what we do with Herro,Duncan, and Lowry

****I said I would go but I just saw someone daying GS is waiting to spank whoevver comes out of the East. I say waitaminit. The West doesn't play D and they're not physical at all. If it were'nt for all the walking wounded, everyone being healthy, I say the East kicks the West's ass.

And I swear thats it for me for now.
