Has anyone worked out the precise date the Heat could choose to sign Caleb Martin (& then have another two-way space)? I suppose the Heat would wait until after the buyout period. It's always good to have a free roster space then.

I like to see his defense improving and his driving, which gives us a great unexpected weapon and makes the 3-pt shooting more effective.
The NBA recently removed all the restrictions on two-way players due to COVID. That means the Heat can/will keep Martin on the cheap two-way contract all year and no longer have to worry about the 50 games played limit.
Not sure what the date is that they can sign a minimum player to that 15th roster spot without going over the tax.
