Our path to victory might be a combination of:
Brooklyn or Toronto(1st round), Boston/Chicago(2nd round Semis), Philly/Milwaukee (East Conference finals)
with either Phoenix, Golden State, Memphis,(NBA Championship Finals).

I think Atlanta Hawks is a scary team to face in the play-in. They are a team that underachieving but if they get sparked by the play-in they could go on a run.

What number of season wins do you think will be enough to win the east?

53 just might be enough to not even need tiebreakers

Would ideally get a Toronto or Charlotte in the 1st and winner of Bulls/Cavs in the 2nd (I'm hoping Cavs overtake Celts for 5th, tho that might be unlikely). I'd expect to then see Bam's dad and the Bucks in the ECF which with HCA could definitely be winnable if we're healthy and Dipo can emerge as an impact x-factor

Nets now in 9th and only playing for 8th. Could get back up to 8th & then win play-in for 7th.

Celtics more likely to overtake Bulls than be overtaken by Cavs. Expecting Celtics in second round now.

Herro at #8

For reference, LBJ (#10) is playing 2 more MPG than last season but is averaging 1 less APG.

The best I've seen Herro at PG was with Yurtz. Having a PnR big that you can throw lobs to really helps. Bam can be that guy, but we don't run PnR with him as often as we should, whether it's to save it for the playoffs or it's just not something the coaching staff likes.

Like I said a year ago, take note how engaged Dipo is with the franchise

Happy for Dipo honestly, sometimes injuries can crush your dreams. He has definately been engaged with us in the sidelines, I wish him the best moving forward.

Tucker 2.0

Short for PF, but IMO could make up for that with strength, IQ. Has a good 3 point shot.

You're def on point with the need to run more Herro pnr. He's good at it, and IMO, it's the best way to for him to look for offense. Replace any ISO with a PNR please

https://premiumhoops.org/2021/03/28/context-and-circumstance-key-for-victor-oladipo-in-miami/

Article from 1 year ago outlining how Oladipo would fit with Miami. All the general points about schematic fit remain accurate. The hope is that he's even physically better than he was for the assessment of the article.

Highsmith. Smh.

Really though we just need to give our development team the benefit of the doubt. They’ve earned this much. Hell, Gabe was a mega scrub for like 3yrs before breaking out this szn.
