If the deal was already done, Ray would have never scheduled a meeting with the Clippers.

In fact, he would have cancelled the meeting and just said yes to MIA already.

I still believe he is going back to Boston.

Riley not here? Lebron not here? Doesn't really show we're as committed as we may have thought. I think Ray probably signs with the Clipps... more $, clearly defined role, and has cp3 whispering in his ear that he will get him perfect looks etc. CP3 is as pesky and good recruiter as Lebron & D wade. Let's see though I guess. Definitely shouldn't expect a commitment today, not before LA and not with Riley not there to define the offer that Ray would have to agree upon.

it was stupid to celebrate knowing he was visiting other teams after lol.

with the way lebron has been talking openly about ray, i have to think it's in the bag if he's not even in south beach right now.

what i don't quite understand is how would the clips pay ray allen if they have a standing offer for jamal crawford? also, do we have any interest in jamal as a plan b? i haven't heard one peep about that.

it's debatable but i think riley and lebron would be there if they thought it was 50-50.

It's hilarious that so many of you think that just because Riley isn't here that we don't have a chance. The guy is one of the best in the business. He wouldn't just bypass an important meeting like this if he didn't know something already
