Yup. This is Playoff P I know. The guy is a tad overrated because his game looks nice, but plenty shambles in his game (mostly this erratic shooting). I get that Kawhi's very unselfish by nature, but he's gotta do his best MJ impression when this Playoff P shows up.

I agree.

He's a marketable player, which is probably why he gets a lot of attention from the media (i.e ESPN). With the way they speak about him, you would almost believe he's is a top 6 or 7 talent in the NBA. That's hardly the case, however..

Playoff P seems to have a stinker or two every postseason. Few weeks back the ESPN analysts were claiming how he could be the best player in a 7 game series against any team in the NBA. Kind of funny when you consider the fact that he isn't even the best player on his own team, and hasn't even made it past the first round since 2014.

2016 - first round exit (faps)
2017 - first round exit (swept by Bron')
2018 - first round exit (shutdown by Joe Ingles and outplayed by a rookie)
2019 - first round exit (adopted by Damian Lillard)
2020 - ??

LOL

Well he is not a bad player to have as a clear cut option B. So one could argue that he's finally in the right situation and he'll probably be fine once he gets out of this round as there is no Warriors type teams in the playoffs. But Kawhi has to carry a pretty big load and my goodness he was scratching the hell out of his head already lmao

the craziest thing is that Mavs haven't even played their best player JJ Barea a single second in this series.

both LOL teams look shook. I don't believe in Utah or Denver. I fear that Rox chances are very legit. Count me out on their championship parade bish.

It's a good thing Bam turned out as well as he did, or I'd still be sour that we missed out on Mitchell. He was gonna be DWade's heir apparent :x

I'd low key love for Houston to get to the finals I feel like that might be our best matchup coming out of the West if we can make it to the finals.

We can throw Jimmy, Iggy, Crowder and DJJr at Harden all series and with Bam at center we should have the advantage down low but also be able to keep up with their small ball game.

Although I can imagine Harden seeking out Robinson and Herro in that series non stop to score but honestly wouldn't be much different to any other team that could come out of the west.

Did not see that Mavs win coming. Figured this would be a 5 game series, but it’s definitely a bracket to watch now.

Him and AD. Look very smooth, put up great stats. But you barely feel their impact on a game

When you trading Mikal Bridges for Zhaire Smith and unprotected 1st round pick, just to throw this pick into Harris trade, you can't comeback from that. That's a franchise killer

Saw ESPN stating the Sixers aren't living up to their potential......what potential is that? They were a much better team last year. And they lost Simmons. So, what potential are we suggesting they aren't living up to? Their stock is way down. They're supposed to get swept by Boston.

Eh... they've made so many mistakes and the few things they hit on... like drafting Simmons and Embiid who's games clash or trading very little for Butler only to piss him off by asking someone if they could keep him under control(when needing to resign him) and have him basically force their hand to trade him, they're not smart enough to capitalize on. The 76ers WERE ON THE CUSP OF BEING A TOP CONTENDER FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 5 YEARS and now... possibly a first round exit, even if they were at full strength. Even if Butler isn't a Tier 1 player because he doesn't drop 30 a night, he's one of the few players that gives you a chance to win any close game, no matter if it's needed on offense or defense. He's what you want as your second best player for building a championship team.

Missing on draft picks is fine. It's the lottery, at the end of the day. Butler trade was ok, they traded RoCo and Saric for JRich + some cap space;

But trading 2 unprotected 1st round picks and a young rotation player for Tobias Harris is unexceptable.

If players on the left are generally ranked higher than players on the right, then I don't think it's fair to claim that you made a wrong choice. Giannis was overlooked by what 13 other teams? This is magic 8 ball stuff and can make a list like this for all NBA teams.

Bottom 3 moves on the list are pretty bad and blames should be justified.

Eh... trading Butler wasn't ok, for the playoffs, Butler was the near perfect #2 for Embiid. A 2 way player who doesn't disappear when the game is on the line.

The only problem I have with the assets for Harris was that he was becoming a free agent at the end of last year. I actually like the Embiid(C), Butler(SF), and Harris(PF) being their top 3 players and just give them a solid shooting PG and a shooter as the 5th guy. Had they moved Simmons last year for say a package somewhere in the ballpark of what the AD package got, the Philly team would probably be a multiple championship team in the next 10 years. Philly not deciding between Embiid and Simmons by now will probably lead to Embiid to ask out and trying to force himself to maybe... Miami, which I mentioned near the beginning of this season. I'm not sure I've ever seen 2 players as talented as Simmons and Embiid who's games were the exact opposite that you'd want for their teammate.

I also have the belief that Simmons will start shooting the ball once Embiid and Simmons are no longer teammates. I really believe Simmons does not want to play off of Embiid and once he starts showing he's willing to shooting the offense will be catered to Embiid. Simmons needs to be in the same type of role Giannis or Westbrook are in.
