Heat are in absolute shambles….just flat out embarrassed to be a fan at this point.

Been a rabid fan for a long time now…

This is first year I can’t deal with this nonsense anymore.

We’re pretty much just emulating crappy franchises at this stage

Yup, Its time to clean house.

Suns are not trading Durant here. Think there may be some sour grapes lingering from the Butler deal. I also think Durant requesting only the Heat in trade is kinda absurd as well. I posted the Fox rant because even for how close Fox is with Bam it looks like the Heat never even crossed his mind. Durant likes a lot of coaches and players around this league to think Spo and Bam are really going to be the only show in town to force Durant to request “Miami Only”. Also don’t forget we might have asked for Durant during the deadline talks and the Suns basically asked for every young asset in our cupboard.

Statistical relation between large sample team srs/w% and Bam's off usg%. Haven't had the time to build a bball graphs in years. I'll put a pin in it for the future.

I know this roster is very mid, but I swear to god Spo is making this roster looks even worse then it is.

I can't decide whos doing a worse job - the front office or the coach.

Just awful season any way you look at it, this org looks lost. No direction.

Just finished watching the Timberwolves game. There is growth in this team, but a lot growth is needed. But much of that is being held back by the absence of Wiggins and Ware. Bam is finally not hesitating taking shots and that is one of the many needs that need to happen. Need to get Herro back to being efficeint and also he needs to learn with Bam how to finish games.

Duncan is playing well extremely well the past 6 games and to the point might need to start Duncan over Ware when Ware and Wiggins returns. Or atleast play a bulk of mins of Bam, Duncan, Wiggins, Herro and Mitchell.

Dunca Robinson the past 6 games
30 mins, 16.7 pts, 55.9 fg%, 48.9 3p% on 7.8 3pa, 3.3 ast

Many fans can't (or don't want to) recognize that this is squarely a developmental season/period (never mind Miami missing half of their top 6 players) and are tormenting themselves as a result. Pretty wild.

Every player on the roster is being tested/evaluated for future role and there is growth happening. Gathering data and fostering growth & development.

Freaking out is easy tho.

You think the team had a better shot last night if Bam was used less?

Or do you think Bam's usage might go up when the team is shorthanded?

Hmmm...

The star chasing traffic hopers will do what they do

Reality is, Mia's in bleak desert of no man's land in which they are too stubborn to do a full rebuild yet are on the fringes of mediocracy.

Literally the worst place to be in sports.

I wasn’t going to entertain it because dudes had an agenda against him all year. So he’s trying to now point out that the team is bad when Bam puts up numbers (in a crazy and hectic season) but when Bam was struggling he was one of the main ones trashing him. So which one is it lol does he want him to play good or does he want him to suck and stand off to the side?

They don’t want to get into a “big games result in losses” discussion but we’ll see if they end up going that route. I have plenty of ammo :o

Next year is the repeater tax clock reset year. We will be building this team under the tax line. Might even be looking at some free agent S&T’s that hard cap us.

I’ll go ahead and put this out there before the narrative begins.

For Bams career we have a 58% win percentage when Bam scores at least 20. Would be 5th in the East.

Over the last 4 seasons we have a 61% win percentage when Bam scores 25. Would be 4th in the East.

We have a 68% win percentage when Bam scores 30 in his career. Would be 3rd in the East.

Keep in mind this doesn’t include any context like Bam almost single handedly beating the best team in the league on their home court despite 7 rotation players being out and Terry playing a team high 40 minutes.

Let’s get Naz Myles Turner or Harden via sign and trade and send Terry out lol

In general, teams arent focusing the efforts of their D in stopping Bam.

If Mia were to make him the primary offensive option, I suspect he'd struggle mightily.

He doesnt possess the handle and footwork and quick decision making abilities to beat doubles by good teams.

S&T market is a very realistic possibility. Very much like the year we got Lowry and self hard capped.

Return to Miami Heat
