i wouldnt have posted that thread today. you wont get any good answers. eveyone will see is the heat sig and say your mad that you lost

You would of thought that today is the perfect time. I mean if I post it during a HEAT win, I'll get rid 10x I am now. I've had this thread in mind for a while and today I finally posted it. I enjoy the back and fourth with those who actually have something to say(Even if they don't agree but they bring facts or an educated opinion). I'm tired of the flopping and the ticky tack calls. I WANT MY NBA BACK! LeBron sucked in the 4th, Spo blows but the officials are terrible right now. I can't figure out whats a good call or bad call. At what point does the NBA say "We have a problem, lets talk this over with the officials?"

It was pointless to post that thread really. The GB has been bashing our team, our city and our fans for close to a year now. Expecting any kind of discussion with them, especially after a Heat loss was unrealistic. This is what this site is about now. As long as it generates more clicks for ad revenue then it's gravy. Bashing us is good for business. Not only here but everywhere else.

The Heat have **** up my sleep patterns! When we win I'm on cloud 9 and have to listen to all the espn commentary of how great we are. When we lose I have to pour over the game recording and wallow in our loss. Either way, thanks to my extremely flexible work schedule, I've taken up working at night and sleeping in the day lol. It's what being a fan is all about. :) Can't change the past though, so it's always best to look forward.

lol i know. There was an article in the herald that i found funny about the heat and how pissed off the people were after a loss. Some poor guy had to run at 3am just to calm down to fall asleep. Restaurants have all the bottled condiments ( ketchup etc) removed before the 4th in fear of people throwing them in disgust at the tv screens.

I hate those ignorant people who come out of the blue just to brag to me and say, " Haha, Mavs won! In your facee." These are people who don't watch basketball or care much for it, they just happen to know that I love the Heat.

My only thoughts are "Wow, you annoying ignoramus, you've never even watched a full basketball game in your life." So **** annoying.

That's exactly what I was referring to, fans of irrelevant teams trying to brag when the only fans who should brag are the Mavericks. Yesterday, someone made a thread on the GB called "The Miami experiment is over". I'm not making this up, I actually saw that thread exist. Someone actually made that thread, because you know, we TOTALLY failed this season, and their teams who didn't even make the Finals are better off than we are as a first year team with this Big 3 core.

Bunch of imbeciles, we'd crush most of those teams easily. We'll be better next year with our MLE along with other new additions. Pretty sure Kobe and Paul didn't win a title their first year together, and even Prime Shaq and Wade didn't win their first year together.

I love RGM but last night I lost alot of respect for the board. I'll be the first to admit it wasn't the right time to post that thread but for every poster who attacked my points or added something, I had 5 or 6 who just posted a GIF or said some kind of cliche.

Its funny, those complain about 2006 are the ones saying nothing about this series. The same people who wanted the "U MAD" sig banished or removed are now the same exact people who are saying it...Funny....

EDIT: I just noticed that the Thread is still going LOL. I guess it wasn't as bad as the first few people thought. Its been the most discussed outside of the game thread.

For all you native South Floridians who are still in the area, please do a favor for a fellow native South Floridian who is currently displaced. Please represent at the AAA,on Sunday.I haven't been able to attend one game this season, because of my work schedule and other real life situations interfering. But nevertheless,I will be rooting like never before for my Miami Heat on Sunday, and I hope to see a packed out and raucous AAA on my television screen.

Let's Go Heat!

Welcome to life as an American in Germany. I have soccer fans rooting for Dallas just because their boy is playing for the Mavs. The worst part is when they're trying to talk ball with me.

Is this guy full of s***, or am I forgetting something? Jordan and Pippen?! We were the definition of a mediocre team during Marion's time here. The end of the 15-win season, and then the midway point of 08.

Pat Riley said it himself, that Wade and Marion can be Jordan/Pippen. Wade was like uhhh what the ****? when Riley said it.

Riley has said ridiculous things in the past, he thought Odom would be the next Magic Johnson. Think he compared Antoine Walker to Magic at one point too.

Wow, I must have never heard that statement to begin with since there's no way I'd forget those types of comments.

It makes sense though. Often when Riley wants to ship a guy out, he showers them with praise.

Odom - Traded to L.A.
Walker - Traded to Minnesota
Marion - Traded to Toronto

I remember him saying he's not going to trade Beasley, and that he has the potential to lead the league in scoring (Good offensive player, but I'm doubtful he'll ever lead the league).

It makes sense to try to pump up the trade value of your assets. The problem is that when you go a little too far, people notice lol
Your emotions fuel the narratives that you create. You see what you want to see. You believe what you want to believe. You ascribe meaning when it is not there. You create significance when it is not present.
