Spurs would seem like a good fit to reroute Duncan’s contract but they are going to want a pick to make that happen.

Now this is far better than Crowder. Mentions Kuzma, PJ Washington, Bojan, and Lauri as guys were interested in. I’d love one of these guys

Washington makes sense but Kuzma does not for locker room purposes with Herro. I don’t think the Wiz would like anything we have to offer for him either that would match. Washington is close with Herro and Bam.

Kuzma is probably 1 or 2 on that list for me but if Washington’s goal is to win it makes no sense for them

Seems like they are trolling. Not sure I have liked any proposed move other than getting Durant. We could have had Bogdanovic and other options this summer that would have been better than these proposed moves.

Props to Harrison for having pushed through the drama in Sacramento with the utmost professionalism during his time here but both parties would benefit from a fresh start. The Kings have Murray to take his place and Barnes would benefit from a change of scenery. I would like to see a deal get done sooner rather than later, preferably to a team where Barnes can help contribute for a playoff contender.ShulaDon92 wrote:Barnes was a ghost tonight. What's your take on him and is he done in SAC?
Harrison Barnes is an option. He might be too finesse to really improve the rotation. He's not a bruiser.

First of Heat should have released Highsmith and picked Harrell. He would of relieved a lot of physical pressure off of bam so he can be more offensive minded.
Heat has a second chance in picking up Eric Paschall. Someone who can help Bam with the physical banging. If not we are gonna see Bam in foul trouble every night.

Honestly none of these low level scrubs bouncing from team to team move the needle. The real upgrade needs to come via trade and it needs to be someone better than a washed up Crowder

It doesn't matter what a role player does for another team or bounces from team to team. It matter how's he fits our team. Until you find something better you got to have players that fit.3ammy3uck3ts wrote:twix2500 wrote:First of Heat should have released Highsmith and picked Harrell. Kuzma is not the locker room issue he was somewhat touted as early in his career. That was mostly typical Lebron throwing of teammates under the bus to excuse losses/justify upcoming trades. He’s also a vet now and much more mature. He’d be great to run in the bench unit and PJ Washington would be an ideal fit next to Bam, even though we’d still be small.
Tbh the trade just doesn’t make sense for Washington. Unless they see Gabe Vincent as an asset? He’s the only one I can see attaching to make this happen, and that might not even work money wise.

Saudades.

It’s not about Kuzma as a locker room cancer but more trying to avoid a situation with Herro and Kuzma due to the fact that Kuzma had relations with Herro’s baby mom’s that did not end so well.

Kuzma is pretty smitten by Winnie. Tyler’s baby mama was never a serious thing. They’ll be alright.
Even if they aren’t idk. That trade would be robbery and if Washington would accept it, no amount of personal relationship drama should stop it. Worse comes to worse reroute Kuzma and just keep PJ.

Not Bam's fault, but he did get outplayed by both Siakam and Achiuwa.
He's had a slow start to the season, like majority of the team. He needs to pick it up - he's a barometer for us.
I'd like to see us doing what we used to do for Bosh in the Big 3 era. Go to him early, with the first possession of the game, and get him on-track with an open jumper. Granted Bam is no Bosh when it comes to a wet J, but we've barely seen him take or hit a midrange J so far.

He could’ve shot better, he’s been far and away our most impactful player of the season. When he steps off the court all he’ll breaks loose

Re: NBA 2022-23 Regular Season Thread Volume 1
Kuzma is averaging close to 20 points a game and the Wiz are 2-1 this early season. Why in the world would they be giving away talent at this time? Just some more made up garbage for site hits and to give us some senseless hope. Kuzma is not getting traded here. On top of it all he has a player option and with the way he's playing will be commanding a whole lot of money we can't afford to pay because we are stuck with Duncan and Lowry eating up all the cap room for at least another year.
