He and Spo already guaranteed game 7 wins lmao.

Shoutout to Smart and Brown, they said “don’t let us get one” and they were lying. Have bent our entire team over since game 3 and made us their bitches. Men of their words, good for them.

Dwight would have grabbed that rebound over strus.

Dwert also wouldn't have gotten sonned by old man Horford.

If bam doesn’t show up, trade him. This is it for me to be honest. It’s not that I don’t respect what he does but this heat team needs much more consistent production

This is the first time an 8th seed is even in this type of position in the first place-- folks get injured, players get tired and etc. It happens. Gotta appreaciate them folks for what they've done!

Appreciate what? Being the first team in the 75+ year of NBA history to blow a 3-0 lead? Historical failure is never to be appreciated. That is loser mentality.

Appreciate that we are even on this stage, where 26 other teams wish they were. Loser mentality to bag on these players despite all that they've accomplished, especially when none of us have been on any stage close to that.

26 other teams do not wish to be the first team in NBA history to blow a 3-0 lead. Let's go to the 26 other team forums and ask them if they wish to be the first team to blow a 3-0 lead in NBA history. You think they'll say yes? What have our current players (except UD, Love, and Lowry) accomplished except losing on the biggest stages and historical futility? I have the same number of championship rings as 12/15 players on this roster, which is zero. There hasn't been a championship parade down Biscayne Boulevard in a decade. There are no parades nor trophies for blowing 3-0 leads and losing in the conference Finals and Finals proper.

We really went to a 3 away from the nba finals to .1 seconds away. I honestly don’t think it can get worse than that

Miami played a great game. Bam and Butler shot 9-37. That's not even 25%.

This was the best game Miami could have played -- and Boston finally cooled down from 3 (7-35, 20%). Brown, Tatum, and Horford were 0-14 from 3. And Miami still lost. I expect Miami to get blown out in Game 7. That's not pessimism based on disappointment from tonight's loss; I just don't think Miami can repeat this performance and get a similarly poor performance by Boston.

This franchise just seems condemned to lose at the buzzer in the playoffs.

Unfortunately, Miami doesn't have anyone besides Butler that can have a monster game, and it looks like he is completely gassed.

When you need a Herro lol
In all seriousness I doubt he can help. But he's gotta suit up and be there an option off the bench. It's desperation mode so unless his finger is gonna fall off, he needs to give it a try.

He's a natural scorer. An added threat that can do things guys like Struss just can't. He's not elite or anything like that but he helps open stuff up for Butler and Bam. Sometimes he's also instant offense when Butler struggles. He also slides Bam into his natural role as a 3rd option. He's a go to option during those minutes where Butler is resting on the bench or even resting on offense in the game. Herro has his flaws but my reason for pounding the table for him is because he makes Butler's job a little easier. He makes our best players job a little easier. Guys like Caleb and Gabe would have a little more room for error on offense. Doubles wouldn't come at Butler as fast because teams also try to trap Herro. It's just crazy to me a lot of fans can't see what I'm saying. And I'll say this again...Herro isn't elite and I would definitely trade him for an upgrade. However in THIS moment we need him. He can be helpful off the bench for about 20 mins or so.

Also like another poster stated I think Jimmy is just gassed. I don't think he's hurt. Jimmy takes a lot of games off during the season. Sometimes he even plays passive like this. Jimmy is starting to look how he looked in that Bucks series when we got swept. He's turning it on in spurts but not all game. That's signs of fatigue vs injury if you ask me.

Metrics prove there's progress. Hopefully we can ring up the ticket

Even after all this **** effort by our team these last 3 games, I somehow still believe we can win game 7...

I hope it's just a refreshment slump, close cousin of the regular season hibernation technique.

Jim isn't 26-27... he's fine.

Solomon Hill isn’t walking through that door, Trap. We gonna have to find something. This would be a hell of a win, but man, it’s a tall ask.

Unfortunately for Miami, a win for the Celtics in G7 will forever be remembered as a pro-White narrative.

I think if you just accept that the series is a loss with a miracle win in Game 7 as an unexpected bonus, it makes it a little easier. That's how I felt after Game 5 in 2012 and it worked out ok.

I guess the only thing more shocking than us choking away a 3-0 lead would be winning this on their home floor.

Hope the team can find a way to recover from this absolute heartbreaker.

It's like the Heat have gone back to the regular season Heat after halftime of game 4.
