I like Highsmith w/ the starting lineup.

Hes one of the best defenders we have.

It sure would be a shame if this became a game again.

Possible we don’t see starters for much of the fourth if this continues to blowout.

One trade been thinking long and hard about that might be similar to when we salvaged the season trading for Crowder and making the bubble run is Lowry and some variation of Jovic and protected 1st for Royce O’Neale and Spencer Dinwiddie. Royce is Spo’s wet dream as a proven capable undersized PF who can shoot 3’s and Spencer at 6’5 200 compliments Herro perfectly at the PG spot with his balance of scoring and defense. This would essentially be our last hurrah trade for Butler before chit gets torn down next year with both of those players expiring along with Caleb.

Rather just keep Jovic. There’s a reason Dinbag gets passed around the league.

If this is going to be Niko’s second rookie season and he’s gonna eat pine, I’d rather wait it out and hopefully give him opportunities next season than trade him and a pick for middling help.

It’s easy to poo poo these players but beggars can’t be choosers. I would love to hang onto Jovic but with very little assets i don’t think Lowry and 1 pick does it.

Then let’s just be realistic about where we’re at. Maybe our window closed and we need to focus on building up our assets, rather than trading them for lateral moves. Is O’Neale much of an upgrade on Highsmith really?

Yeah that means trading Butler. I offered the keep Butler option and after studying every roster in the NBA that’s about the closest plausible realistic trade that involves Lowry that comes anywhere close to shoring up our weak spots for a potential last hurrah this year for Butler.

Doubt we see Jimmy or Kyle again unless really needed.

Herro to get the triple double and then sit.
