Butler has to be needling the Heat right now because we probably did have something going on with Memphis whom we have great trade relations with and actually had some pieces that would have made for a clean deal. Memphis was either non committal on extension or he just outright don't want to play with Morant or Jackson.

After doing some research the best landing spot for Beal that he'll waive his NTC looks like the Bulls if they can ship LaVine out to possibly Detroit or Milwaukee. Beal's agent Mark Bartlestein and Priority sports is based out of Chicago. Chicago is also a short distance away from Beal's hometown of St Louis, loves the coach Billy Donovan, and the Jordan brand ties always talks about his admiration for Jordan. I just don’t see much there for a trade. He would say yes but that’s about it. LaVine makes more sense going there but they have balked about including Reeves.
