I'm 36. I grew up during the height of ATCQ. Very sad day. I can recite Low End theory and Midnight Marauders word for word. ATCQ is as real as hip hop and music gets. And as for my musical taste, I'm a straight up hip hop head. Mostly East Coast NYC Hip Hop. I'm originally from the Bronx so it's embedded into my DNA

See I'm a very late 80s baby. Its in my DNA too but I'm not from the East Coast I was obsessed with NYC hip hop for a long time though, and because of the vibe of ATCQ music they were probably the first group I got into. Even before Nas.

I am Bahamas born - Miami raised. It was that whole era, from Special Ed, Rakim, Eric B., KRS1, MobDeep, Rahem/GZA, WU, Pharcyde, then came Gansta with NWA..Pac, Snoop..

now its all commercial... even underground is commercial.

For me it was the Native Tongue collective. Once I heard 'Buddy' and dug even deeper into how hip hop USED to be, its how I found out about ATCQ & De La and then its been over for me. Thats how I got into the KRS1, the Wu Tang, Pharcyde, Pete Rock, AZ, Nas. Knowing all this I'm honestly not a fan of rap nowadays at all. Even gansta rap like you were talking about used to be better. Like I despite NWA, I love Pac.

Got my hands on Creed Aventus sample, I blind bought this widely controversial fragrance called Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man that's been making waves as of late. They smell 98.9% identical to the T. Projection/Longevity goes to Aventus since its EDP, Armaf is an EDT, though I get about 6-8 hours with Armaf and 8-10hrs with Aventus. But I saved my self $300+ and paid $40 for Armaf. Wat.

I blind tested with some of my friends, they couldn't tell the difference and frankly I find it pretty okay, It's over-hyped imo but women seem to lick their chops over the smell. All my other fragrances are better to me anyway.

Yeah man. You should get it and see for yourself if you like, pretty cheap. Heard some sites/retailers are jacking up the prices now for it.

That foul is called "perigo de gol" and only referees without guts call it (even in Camp Nou). I'm happy Real Madrid won in the end with Ronaldo's gol but the proper score would have been 3-1.

I'm a São Paulo fan, which is pretty tough these days, but I visit football stadiums wherever I go. In Madrid they give tours of the field, the same pitch where Brazil lost a monumental game against Italy in 1982 when we could taste the World Cup success. I have never seen a more beautiful pitch. Maracanã is nice, but Santiago Bernabéu is such a delight. You can also see all the trophies on display. Free tour too - about two hours.
