Posts like this on the General Board make me cringe:

So many things are wrong about it.

I try to defend Wade/LBJ from THAT kind of irrational scrutiny, and get attacked.

It would not sadden me one bit if Wade was to go on vacation this summer and have his plane plummet into the ocean.

Also, I see the General Board is singing the praises of a new video from Coach Nick. I'd wondered where he'd been hiding since our 5-game losing streak!

lmao Coach Nick doesn't even do breakdowns on the Heat, he does it on the opposing team all the time, he doesn't like the Heat

then when the Heat lose he makes a vid right away and blows it up like game 1 of chicago, then in the rest of the videos it's about how Rose can't score in the 4th and nothing about Heat. Makes the excuse of the other team not doing something and not give credit to the Heat.

He said Spo outcoached Thibs, which is untrue. Thibs just had BOOZER who sucks and we had players who made big shots. Both aren't offensive coaches so it helped and Rose's hero ball didn't work.

but people just want to see the Heat fail so badly... come on Heat pull an upset...

I can take all the pictures and stuff people are saying about wade and lebron, because it was childish behavior. I've finally accepted that Heat fans are the butt of jokes for this season. But when it comes to wishing death or career ending injuries, I call the line. I cannot believe the accepted barbarism on RealGM and refuse to respond in kind.

It will hurt the NBA if lebron goes to Miami. The only fans that will be happy will be Miami fans,
I will lose interest in the whole thing if this happens, its the hope of a championship and the fun of the debate on how to build a championship team that makes it interesting, and if this happens It will be Miami as our champs for the next 3 to 5 years I just can't watch a sport were the outcome is decided. We might as well be watching WWF. Good job stern for allowing this farce to go on.
The other thing is why would another team help Miami out no team should be trading with them and they should be luring away any FA's that Miami might want by overpaying them. I see they want to sign Mike Miller for 5 mill a year I hope someone outbids them, and why is toronto doing a sign and trade whatever they get back wont matter they or anybody else is winning a championship for a while don't help them out.

The hypocrisy of the warning is ridiculous.

I've read this board since shortly after it was started and I've been posting here for years.
I never post on the GB. I've posted respectful enquiries (about players or sigs) on other boards over the years but never any crap. I post only on the Heat board and honestly post what I think about the **** opposition and Heat fans say on OUR board. We have been invaded by whingers, whiners, bandwagoners and frontrunners and they need to be called out. I post positive Heat supporting posts and I comment on Heat games. I realise that I annoy everybody on this forum and often insult some. I have also been annoyed by many and more insulted than the majority of posters. I DON'T report Heat fans for replying to my rants though or for insulting me. I accept it in the "pub room" humour it is made in.

Apparently I wasn't banned because some kind mod thought I should be able to see the playoffs out here.

Thanks, but when I look at all the hate and troll posts even on OUR forum that don't end in bans I find the thought of banning me preposterous. Though probably a good decision as my blood pressure would go down with my frustration and the impending depression might be alleviated.

Anyway all of that just to have my say before any departure. I'm not likely to change so the ban is inevitable. It was fun sharing the last few years with you, even the **** (well the Heat ****) and can anyone give me the addresses of other Heat forums to check out.

HIF, you're a good guy but you have to stop baiting and attacking other posters constantly because you deem them to be less of a fan than you. You're so defensive of your team that you often end up insulting the very same fans that the rest of RealGM picks on anyways, so now Heat fans are getting it from both directions.

If a poster is clearly a Heat fan, they should be allowed to vent about their team here. You can argue with them and tell them why you disagree, but you shouldn't insult them or try to make it personal, or argue that you're more of a fan because you never get mad at the players/coaches, etc.

I know guys do bait you, and try to make it personal with you, but that's what happens when you go so far out of your way in your views, you are a bit of an extremist. You have to accept that, without stooping to their levels, and if it gets bad, report them before you retaliate and get in trouble yourself.

I disagree with posters on here plenty, but I've learned for the most part to just let it go if they're a Heat fan. We all root for this team in our own way, no one way is the right one.

That said, this board wouldn't be the same without you. Even though I find myself disagreeing with you all the time, we need that other voice to be heard on here, it makes it more interesting, and makes guys have to work a bit harder to make their points instead of just screaming "OMG FIRE SPO" after every game.

And "whinging" is actually how its spelled across the pond? Or is it a different word altogether than "whining"?

Lmao, I did not even read the posts that responded to me defending DWade. So many people saying he is a classless POS. I didn't like the Dirk incident, in fact, I felt they should have kept heir mouths shut.

But this hate over wanting his knees to blow out.

These SPOrons believe he tried to take out Kidd's knee, and they feel like he purposely injured Rondo and ruined his career.

whining is more higher pitched than whinging. In England Dogs whine (and sometimes kids and women haha) whinge is more complaining.

I don't report the "tossers" who attack me - I accept it as part of forum culture. I think a lot of things are culturally based as well. for example calling someone an idiot as I often do is not a big deal in England. Unowen the other week was talking about "sucking an old black womans tits" I found it hilarious but in many areas of the world that would be shocking. I also understand that most people don't agree with me or like my posts. That's life and as I said if they are over the line then ban me. I'm too old to worry about it or to accept ungratefuls talking ****. We've never had things this good in Miami. Wade is a God, Bron is the best all round player in the NBA, Bosh, Haslem, Miller all great. Joel has been a godsend during these playoffs even Howard and bibby have come in and done as much as they can. We're two games a way from a title and people complain. Oh and Spo is a great Headcoach who could develop into one of the all time great head coaches.
