What a horrible way to end the game by the grizzlies. Braindead stuff right there. O well

Seriously doubt that

I’m going with GSW against the inexperienced Rockets, and possibly a semi-finals matchup with the Lakers.

The Warriors match up better with this version of the Lakers without AD.

Watching playoff Jimmy in a different jersey just stings.

The timing is tough too. He could have had a better supporting cast now, especially with Ware's emergence and a bigger lineup. Oh well.

This very well could be his last chance to shine, so he's giving it all, but the gas will run out before wcf, I think. We shall see. I LOVE the playoff basketball, Heat or not. I'll enjoy watching either way

Either way, Dubs don't look like a true contender to me.

I think they could make a Miami-type run, but matchups matter for a team like them. And they can beat Houston. In fact, Golden St won the season series against Houston. If Jimmy Buckets shows up, Golden St has the 2 best players in the series.

The only teams I think they are at a massive disadvantage in a series is OKC and Boston, and they wouldn't see either until the WCF or Finals.

Likely have to go through the Lakers, and they are a TOUGH out.

Read on Twitter

If the Rockets get bounced in the 1st round then Jimmy could possibly also cost us KD. The Rockets holding the Suns picks is going to be our biggest competition. We need to be rooting for playoff FVV.

Top team usually never gets the guy and Houston getting bounced round 1 won’t help KD decide to join a team that hasn’t won anything meaningful since the 90s (because Jordan got bored) they don’t worry me

Patrick James Riley should’ve kept his mouth shut.

I’m a little concerned because he likes Udoka and has gotten close with Jalen Green. They also have the Suns picks. It will come down to what offer the Suns like best between the both teams. We offer JJJ they can counter with Whitmore. We offer Jovic they counter with Eason, we offer Wiggins they counter with expiring FVV. Will be interesting to say the least.

Last night was the epitome of the Jimmy Butler experience. Miss like 20-30 games every year, give 30% effort in another 30-40, and then just pray you’re healthy for the playoffs and turn into the best player in the world over night. As long as he’s healthy for the playoffs there’s no issues.

I agree that they’re likely WCF bound, this is the exact avenue they needed to get there.

Jaren Jackson Jr might be the most overrated player in the league by the way. I’ve never seen a big man get so much clout in my life while averaging 5.6 rebounds a game.

It's Tobin's fault, like Literally, he was the one who gave that question to the old man.

Life would be much easier if you could just lump everything into binary categories, huh?

How bout just admitting that there is indeed a contradiction and a double standard.

Wasnt willing to pay their best player because of age, unavailability and yet would hypothetically be willing to pay Durant even though he's even older and less available on average over the last 5 seasons.

I'm not that simple minded.

If Durant falls through this summer then i’m all in on taking a swing at Zion for the right price. Rozier, JJJ, and Anderson is the contract match. Then you include picks.

Zion really intrigues me. But if Ware stays, he'd probably have to play small forward here. Unless Ware's gone too, in that case, Bam could move back to center.

If Zion can stay healthy and trim down, he’s got legit MVP potential.

Love it, HEAVY protections for us on that contract. Medium risk/high reward. If he can stay healthy he’s generational, wonder what that means for Ware?

Davion
Herro
Wiggins
Zion
Bam

We’d likely have to go back to small ball unless we want to play Zion at the 3 and move Wiggins to the 2.

Herro
Wiggins
Zion
Bam
Ware

He can’t shoot but Jimmy refused to shoot anyways so not much difference there. Just need Bam/Ware to continue to improve their shooting

Ware ain’t going anywhere. I think it will be important to keep our depth in the event Zion doesn’t work out. This is a buy low opportunity with a Pels organization looking for a reset. We will have to figure out how to make the front court work.
