Bosh saying Heat nation goes on, Rio saying heat nation still here

I hope our team next year plays like they have something to prove, that would be fun

Not too thrilled about the Chalmers signing, but its a much better option than starting Cole, gives Napier some time to develop, and we are still set up nicely for 2016.

Honestly, we could do worse than Chalmers.

Would still like to see us lock up Birdman and add one more rotation big, unless we think Oden can be a rotation player this season.

Ill take Chalmers for two more years. He not as bad as some of you make him out to be, yea he did play horrible in last years playoffs but he has shown his worth in the past as well.

Hopefully in two years in 2016, Shabazz will have proven he is a starting caliber PG and we will move on from Chalmers.

In this market, 2/6 would be dirt cheap

For some reason, I feel a Mario and Bosh PnR domination. Or am I being delusional?

That's a big overpay. He's not better then a bunch of vet min players. 2/4 is more like it. being generous.

Mario is actually a pretty good pocket-passer IMO, underrated in that, and a sneaky finisher when the bigs are pre-occupied with Bosh. But domination is a little strong

I did not remember exactly the year we were 4th or 5th seed, I did not google it. The point remains how long it's been, can't even remember.

I can remember every heat game from the past 10 years, I can tell who was on roster and what seed they were

You're talking about 2010 the heat were the 5 seed and the celtics were the 4 and jermaine onel was a trash can

Wow :o Respect for a true Heat fan :usa:

I wouldnt be too angry with 2 for 6m. But now what, we got 3 point guards. No backup 2guard. No center. Nobody down low, sign and trade cole? for who?

What alternatives did we have? Cole's outside shooting is too erratic and Napier is still unproven and we desperately need some outside shooting with Wade and Deng on the wing.

By the way, isn't MarShon Brooks a free agent? He could be a solid, cheap SG behind Wade.

 guy averaged 10/5 on 57 TS% last season, he's right in the middle of his physical prime, has nice size for his position, posted a league-average PER. You're letting your bias show

It's looking like a Heat starting five of Chris Bosh, Josh McRoberts, Luol Deng, Dwyane Wade, Mario Chalmers.

yeah man. Wade said a bit TOO Much in that statement.

Shoulda just been "Although I am disappointed he chose to end this championship run, I understand he has his reasons. Every free agent has the right to do what they want for themselves. Good luck to him unless my team is playing against his."
"As for me personally, I don't truly care how much I make these days, my main focus is on playing for a winner." - Dirk Nowitzki, July 2016

Like the signing...all players have a few bone head plays a yer in them.....He's one of ours, like it. I reserve the right to b@tch at him from time to time though.
