Bosh
McRoberts
Deng/Granger
?
Chalmers/Cole/Napier

thats who we have under contract so far

we will sign wade and haslem

although everyone here has ennis as a lock he still isnt signed on

who else can we conceivably go after besides birdman or are we locked into players from last season?

If we're going to feature Bosh, i want him at the 4. I want Mcbob coming off the bench. We need a serviceable center, which is like impossible to get

I think Chalmers will actually look a little better in LeBron's absence. He was too dumb to make much use of LeBron, and mentally he would float when he wasn't involved. His 3-point FG% has improved in the Big 3 era, but other than that, he's really not progressed at all since his rookie year. I don't think that's representative. I think he's improved and will be able to show a bit more of that with more responsibility.

I'm not saying he's going to turn into Kyle Lowry, but I can see him looking more like a league-average PG, putting up 12/6 or something like that.

Boozer is going to land here unless someone steps-up bigger on the Amnesty bid. Expectation is that Boozer tries to force his way here and tells other potential teams he's not interrupted in playing there.

Same line-up I told you 2 days ago.

Chalmers/Wade/Deng/Boozer/Bosh

With a bench of McRoberts/Granger/Birdman/Cole/Haslem/Ennis/Napier + a few other pickups.

Back-up for Wade - (Jordan Crawford/Evan Turner/Stuckey/Brandon Rush)

That's a big overpay. He's not better then a bunch of vet min players. 2/4 is more like it. being generous.

 guy averaged 10/5 on 57 TS% last season, he's right in the middle of his physical prime, has nice size for his position, posted a league-average PER. You're letting your bias show

Should I start copy pasting the stats of D.J. Augustin, Patrick Beverley, Devin Harris, Brian Roberts (just to name a few)

All played for VETERAN MINIMUM Money (he got 4 Mil) and all are just better overall players then him.

We're not losing the Southeast so we're getting the 4th seed at least.

By the way, isn't MarShon Brooks a free agent? He could be a solid, cheap SG behind Wade.

Brooks has been invited to the Kings for summer league. He didn't even crack last year's Lakers rotation which was one of the worst of its kind, so I don't know he could be a solid backup SG, but he will be cheap so I don't mind for "what the hay" reasons.

I did not remember exactly the year we were 4th or 5th seed, I did not google it. The point remains how long it's been, can't even remember.

I can remember every heat game from the past 10 years, I can tell who was on roster and what seed they were

You're talking about 2010 the heat were the 5 seed and the celtics were the 4 and jermaine onel was a trash can

true.

They started off really bad

Really really bad and picked it up in January

I hope that doesn't happen lol.

We have players that have chemistry, we shouldn't be that bad

But in terms of ending up as the 4th or 5th seed, probably

which seed we are depends on how well wade can get back into form and if Ennis/Napier makes an impact. we'll have actually a deep team for the first time in a while

I guess you saw him play 3 games for LA and nothing else.

Nah he's a solid backup option, and was doing a great job prior to his injury, let's not overstate,a backup or expect too much anyways.

Love what the Front Office is doing with them setting a plan for 2016 whilst staying competitive, no talk of tanking or intentionally losing in this team. Keep that winning feeling & culture.

My only concern is the more I look at the free agent class, the more I realise that there isn't THAT much of a franchise building choice if Durant stays at OKC. There's plenty of centres w/ Horford, Noah, Lopez, Howard & if we can nab Conley you're looking at:

Conley
???
???
Bosh
Horford/Howard

We just have to make sure we can get one of those top centres & tbh with Spo, Riley, Arison doing the talking I don't see why we shouldn't. I think the plan for 2016 is to have two max spaces open or if we have enough movement in 2015 we can get one there instead. Intersted to see the other moves we make & how they fall into this category i.e deals for Wade, Haslem, Beasley etc
