We can officially do a lot of things right now with the financial flexibility. Even sign Aldones to a couple of 10 day contracts. Door is wide open for us right now.

Yeah I think we need to get him up here for a look...he could end up being our backup PG he's been balling and deserves a shot. Especially before someone else nabs him.

I just get the feeling it’s going to take Duncan Martin and Jovic to get the Jazz deal done for THT and KO. I’m not against it. You want to save money and trade for expirings then you’re going to have to give up some assets

Adding a guy that can get 20 to the lineup, there shouldn't be any more excuses come playoff time about not having enough. There's the help, go win it.

Kelly O is a nice backup, we need to ain higher.

A legit, 2 way starting PF please.

But who? They have to be expiring. KO may not be a great defender but he has size at least at 7’0 240 and is one of the best passing bigs in the league and a great shooter who knows our system well. Hell, he’s was fuxking us up on both ends when we played them this year

Maybe it's me, but I don't see Robinson, Herro, or anyone else getting moved unless it is a deal too good to pass up. Riley will try to get someone from the buyout market and we'll continue to see a lot of small ball. Jovic has shown some flashes and with his size I am good keeping him.

Martin is probably gone after this year unless something (trade) happens that opens up some cap space.

You could be right but getting off Duncan’s contract almost seems like a necessity now with Roziers long term money coming in

I don't think Martin will need to be included at all and doesn't work in the checker. Robinson, Jovic, Smith for THT and KO on the other hand is 22.3-22.3 on the checker.

So Jazz and Pistons off the top seem like great trade partners to free up Duncan’s money

Good old Danny hangs up the phone so fast all Pat hears is the dial tone with that offer. This is Danny we are talking about...

Yup those are the two teams that absolutely make the most sense and can meet the objective and also have the pieces we would want in return.

Rozier/THT
Herro/JJJ
Jimmy/Martin
KO/Highsmith
Bam/Love

JRich may need to be a throw in on a deal, but I know they love him and he loves Miami so maybe he’s ok with a 3rd string role

Danny is not hanging up the phone if we are including Jovic. I don't even think Jovic needs to be included. Bryant as the filler with Robinson getting flipped to a third team for an asset

Not sure where you're getting this "new guy has to be expiring" thing.

No, he doesn't. You can move Duncan and get a PF making long term money. Easy.
