At this point how could you question Spo’s judgement of in game adjustments/lineups

Winning this game now gives the Heat the luxury of not having to force their hand with Herro. If he’s ready, then play him with a short leash and gauge where he is and where the team is with him playing. If not there’s always keeping him in our back pocket as a wild card option

Stop stating stating facts. For the 1st round, it looked like one of the all time single player runs like Kawhi in Toronto. But it's not anymore. He's had a huge drop in production. The narrative has been Butler carrying a team of undrafted guys. But the other guys have had a huge impact and have been able to create offense outside of Butler. We don't get here without Butler, but also without Caleb or Gabe or Bam's or Duncan's big moments. If we win, a chip as an 8th seed without HC the narrative should be this is an alltime team playoff run and not just focus on one guy.

Of course the entire team is stepping up big. Spo has been absolutely phenomenal too, even though we hate to give him credit here. I think the team showing up is going to be the case in every long playoff run, it'd be ridic to say anything different.

But for the first 2 series, he was far and away better than everyone else on our team, and our clear leader. Is it not okay to give him that credit? I was right there with you when you were saying Caleb should have won ECF MVP, but it's going too far if we're taking away from what he did previously bc we don't like how he's playing now.

He has not looked like himself since the 2nd game of the ECF, but I'm not about to erase how he brought us here bc of that. Tf.

Lol how it taking it away credit by saying its a an alltime team playoff run and not an alltime player playoff run. We've seen playoff runs where on guys is carrying the team throughout all 4 rounds and this isn't it. And it shouldn't be portrayed like that. This has been a great collective effort. Overall over 4 rounds, Butler probably will still be the best player for what he did in round 1 and 2. And a chip seals his hall of fame induction. But this isn't Kawhi Raptors run or Wade 06.

I have not seen anybody saying that. Certainly not since the Boston series. Not even sure what you're angling at with all this. Let's just be happy for the win. They can say Love carried us for all I care. I want us to win 4

This is probably one of the most mentally tough Finals teams in NBA history. They may not always win pretty, but they just grind it out and find a way.

Agreed. It buys us a bit more time. But I think if we're dead set on bringing him back then it has it be in either games 3 or 4. You can't risk integrating him into the lineup in a closeout / elimination game (i.e. game 6 and 7) given he hasn't played since mid April.
