I kind of don't like the caffeine rush anymore. It's great when I need it, but all I need is pump and focus and I'm golden. EVL nutrition had a Bogo on their new products on bb.com store.

I'll check it out and see if it's still up. I got l-carnitine, vitamins, and fish oil that's high in dha.

I came across Katana v4, seems like it has all the ingredients am looking for.

i dont' take preworkout folks i just become so dependent on it for lifting and i don't like that feeling.
i only take it when i really need to stay up for something urgent (ex: west coast games/must be done assignments) lol

One of the few artists that I missed out on that I really wanted to see. I had a chance in 1990 at Rock in Rio. It didn't work out and then when I came back to the states he wasn't touring. Never did catch up to him, but I've heard from friends that he was an amazing performer.

São Paulo managed to get a tie in La Paz, Bolivia, after falling behind 1-0. At the end of the first half we tied the game on a set play. The last five minutes of the game we were obliged to play without a goalkeeper who was sent off for wasting time as the game ended. He had already received a caution in the first half. Maicon, one of our central defenders, managed to deflect two crossed balls in the penalty box, and when The Strongest managed to head from 15 feet out, he got the ball. Truly heroic performance, imnsmfho.

Our good luck did not last, however. At the end of the game one of our players, Calleri, the guy that has made our last 7 goals, came out to congratulate and hug Maicon and the others who survived the 11,942 foot elevation game. The players of The Strongest rushed him (I am guessing he taunted them - why else attack him, right?) and the referee gave him a red card after the game.

So now São Paulo (classified for the round of 16) will play Toluca (Mexico) without our goalkeeper and best striker.

On the other hand, at least they didn't eat us.

I was wrong about tanking last year though. I fought with all of you (especially RexBoyWonder) about that until the last few days.

Well we didn't tank though gom.. we weren't just good enough and it worked out well for us that's all.

I didn't really advocate one way or the other.. but as a fan I tend not to root for my favorite teams to purposely lose for anything. As you know in soccer bottom feeder teams sometimes get demoted to d-league equivalent 2nd division.. it would probably not happen in NBA any time soon because of the draft system, but if it's employed we'll see less pathetic basketball from teams like the 76ers. I think tanking is detrimental to sports overall and you have/had good arguments for it gom.
