If Riley "believes" Joel is adequate, he's setting Spo up to fail

Re: Fire Spoelstra
So if I have a math professor solving a formula on the board, and I spot a mistake and point it out, does that mean I'm claiming to know more than the professor? No! It just means I could spot a mistake.
but sadly using a blue pen instead of a black pen on a white board is not a mistake.
I want Big Z to start!
I understand.
But you see perhaps Big Z > Joel overall. But when Z gets tired after 10 mins he has to be replaced. Spo thinks that it's better that Z plays his first ten minutes when Wade and bosh go off the court and Lebron is the mainman on the court. I agree with spo that Big Z has great teamwork with Lebron, a great understanding - so it makes sense tha Z comes on when Bron doesn't have Bosh and Wade there. Now do you think Z can play the first 25 mins without a break, or do you think that Bron and Joel/Magloire/Pitt is better for that first change? Just because Z "may " be the best C we have doesn't mean it's best that he starts. Are you confused? Do you think that starting the game is more important than playing the most minutes at times when you can benefit the team the most. "Starter" is not really a relevant term when it comes to Joel or Z unless you believe being the first man on the court is important. Wasting my time but there you are - a rationale above your head maybe - and I won't bother to reply to your next reply.
You also want 2 present starters to not even be in the rotation
I remember when the Dolphins were perennial contenders

Y'all are just mad because y'all don't got swagger like Lebron has. It is a scientific fact that Bron's swagger has the power to transform an otherwise level-headed adult male into a jealous woman.

Pat Riley make this team a championship contender it's obvious Spoelstra can't do anything.

Good memories, we went 41-20 the rest of the way before winning the title.

Still early, but I always felt Riley should've taken over as head coach once the Big 3 was formed.

remember how often the Heat would score after Riley timeouts? .. never happens anymore.
Theres no ball movement , no one moving without the ball. I havent seen a clean pick and roll between Wade/Lebron and Bosh all season.

What pisses me off the most, I mean he does some (Please Use More Appropriate Word) ****. But the coming out of the Timeout not making any substitutions.
I mean really wtf, he does this so many times. (just like mike brown)

Wonder if Spoelstra's got a family. . . if not then maybe Riley will give him some days off to go build one

Signed. Nothing to sign? Bleh. I want him fired. I'm angry. But I'm rightfully angry. He's never shown me anything that would lead me to see him as a leader of men who are the best at what they do. I hoped things would click, but they haven't and there is nothing he has ever accomplished in his life that would lead me to believe things ever could.

Hopefully Riley finds him a wife, flies them to a Vegas wedding, and then knocks her up himself all before sunrise

Re: Fire Spoelstra
Im not going to lie, I wanted us to get exposed so we can fix our problems. Limping by for wins with a team of this caliber is unacceptable.
Phil Jackson said at the beginning its not the team with the best players but the team with the best teamwork that will win.
Spo is in denial and needs to realize the first step is to admit we have a problem, toss your system and ask for HELP.

More like this team needs to do, is DO WHAT YOU DO BEST
Spo is a good trainer, THEN BE A TRAINER.
Since asking for HELP aint gonna do if you dont really get it.
SMH at Starting Joel and Arroyo over and over and over and over....
Haslem guarding big men, that's just stupid seriously. Damn I'm laughing at those I asked and said Haslem can easily hold his ground against Big Men like Bynum or Perkins
Too much overrated Homerism there, probably same mentality Spo possess
