Healthy GS still contending after all of this, if they can trade D'lo for a couple wing defenders

Oh no doubt MOS. it will mostly depend on how well/quickly Klay come back to form but GS will still contend I reckon.

I'm not so high on PG as most think. I'd say Clippers are the favorites on paper but one bad landing away from pretty much wide open.

I guess Kawhi has brought parity in the league (as parity as the league has seen in a while) :dontknow:

Yeah, Clips should be the favorites I think

Pat should stop this trade and offer to give them Butler for 1/2 that much.

Lakers did what now?

...O pobrecito, I'm sorry Jay/Toronto fans. I thought one of the few ways in which it would make sense for him to leave was to chase immortality with Bron. As the promethean wonder he is, he may jus want his fam in LA. Srry paya's, least he didn't leave you guys with nothing, although ring night should be a little strange

Ah man, PG was talking som gud chit about loyalty too. Owners and GM's ain't chit, there's no need for players to 1-up them tho

Feel for you but at least you got a title.

Can we all laugh at Lakers and Lebron now?

Honestly, I don't feel bad for Raps. It was a risky move to begin with, and they got almost 100% out of it (with 100% being Kawhi staying obviously). If the didn't pull that trade, who knows when the hell they'll get another shot at title.

Kawhi doesn't want to play with LeBron, he wants to beat LeBron. Good for him!

All the PG and Kawhi rumors aimed at LA, and steadily credited to Lakers, can't feel too bad after AD and Bron. But nice to see Clips stick it to the man after the fury of Lakers fans clinging to every rumor and trashing all NBA spaces like hell with the lid off.

Faint smell of humility from them has made the offseason

Was reading the Clippers responses to this windfall, and one poster didn't approve as it didn't help them in 2024..............................my god. Worst reaction to an outright amazing off-season I've ever seen.

Also, apparently PG and Klaw are both childhood Clippers fans???

In hindsight ... they make that trade every single time. No regrets.

LeBron's about to lose again ... and lose it. He got outmaneuvered.

Better to have loved and lost Tor(Ask Magic fans, I mean Dennis)

But surreality does get weird when you realize that you pay more fealty to players than the chips themselves, and all those scrubby players whose mothers you talked about in offseason threads-- were ppl too
