Why are the Heat not trying to run plays. Dribbling down the court in a rush and shooting off the first pass

At one point does anyone from the Heat staff call the non-calls out to the NBA? That was a clear foul on Tyler's 3. I get he's soft and not a physical player, but when he gets fouled, freaking call it.

That was a foul, as was the no call just now on Jimmy.

But what do you do when even the coach doesn't say anything or complain about any of those calls? They showed Spo right after that play and he was just looking on as if nothing happened. They don't really try to protect Tyler at all.

A lot of these Terry and Tyler 3s are in and out. They won't keep going out. So that's less worrying for me.

The lack of FTs generated by our backcourt is though. They're not even giving Terry FTs now that he's here either.
