Bams coming off a 20-10-5 8 game stretch and 25-10-4 over the last 3. Idk why you all want him to hijack the offense in a game where Jimmy was clearly locked tf in.
He erased Embiid and most importantly, we won convincingly. Be happy lol

Yes, I get you and you might be right...Shewasfly wrote:Can we move Terry to the bench after this? It's his natural role, and that's no slight to him.
I'd like to maybe see Dru Smith take the PG duties, or even see what Burkes looks like in the starting lineup, if Butler and Herro are going to do most of the playmaking anyway.
But too much is invested in Terry

If he goes to the bench and his in the 6MOY race it’s money well spent

We said the same thing last year moving herro to the bench and he figured it out. Hopefully Terry can too

Sixers need Rozier since Maxeys out.

I disagree. In the time that we've given him, he hasn't shown much. And he's had plenty of opportunity to do so.
He's not a young player either, who has some high ceiling we want to cultivate. If he comes back and we lose and he has a poor showing, that's the perfect opportunity to "try something new" with the lineup. And let it stay that way. Until he's traded or the year is over and he's gone.

Shewasfly wrote:Good games from our "big 3" tonight.
Bam was bad offensively, but great defensively. I think we'll eventually get used to that being just what it is.
Tyler wasn't as efficient because of a bad shooting first half, but played a great overall game, and made sure there was no turd.
And Jimmy was Jimmy. Great return game from him.
Nah. Jimmy was great the other two didn't play that well. Herro had a great bounce back in the 3rd quarter tho to seal the game. But it was the bench that saved them in the 2nd otherwise this is a loss. They won so it doesnt matter

I will concede that saying Bam had a good game is a stretch. But I don't feel like going in on his offense anymore, so its not even worth it. I do think Herro had a good game overall though, but agree to disagree.

The 6ers are a disastrous mess and I love it haha. Nice game from Jimmy coming back and big 3rd quarter from Herro.

He'll be a nice scorer to bring off the bench when they get Maxey back. Maybe Embiid will get in shape sometime this year, then again maybe not.

Guy I don't think anyone is asking for Bam to hijack the offense anymore

First Maxey, and now McCain. Sixers really do a great job at drafting guards.

100%
Though I wouldn't credit Embiid's play to Bam's efforts only. He still seems injured/disinterested, so should be interesting to hear the rumblings going forward. Hope we stay away though!
Edit: 10,000th post! Yay me

Guy I don't think anyone is asking for Bam to hijack the offense anymorewe've all seen just how inefficient he is with a lead role offensively.
Go run those numbers, you’ll be surprised what you find lmao
