I see no reason to get rid of Spo until we get him a real roster to play with. Arison and Riley are really close though. He's not pushing Riley out until Riley is ready to go. And if Riley wants to put this on Spo rather than himself, Arison is for sure choosing Riley over Spo.

So is widely regarded by both coaches and players as one of, if not THE best coach in the NBA. I promise you the grass is not greener on the other side.

Wiggins being injured/not playing well was the dagger. He was supposed to be our go to guy to try and make this work but he hasnt been up to the task.

Spo realizes Herro and Bam are secondary offensive players. Cant make Wiggins a primary though with positive results.

He's one year longer than Jimmy for way less money (30 mil vs Jimmy's 60-70).

Not that I want him here even that long, but he's definitely a movable contract. He's seen around the league as a guy who will put his nose down and be the garbage pail guy, which a lot of guys aren't willing to do. It just does nothing for us because the whole roster is garbage pail guys.
