When does LAL get hit with the cap circumvention fine for paying Davis' trade kicker through space jam 2.

The past 6 years of GS and laughing at the Lakers made me forget that no team is more insufferable than lakeshow when they get gifted star players.

If Kawhi goes there, done with NBA. Iggie and I are leaving.

Until Zion year 3 of Zion at least.

he'll be 35 and making 50 mil with that deal with a history of torn achilles. he'll stll be tall and able to shoot 3s at the very least, but so could Marreese Speights and Channing Frye

oof

still feels like he's going to ny state. knicks or nets, idk. But taking too many meetings and too much bad blood about achilles to stay in gsw imo

Chalm’s SJ2 script has AD flat out admitting he got paid through the movie to circumvent cap space issues. Apparently Lebron likes the idea and is adding it to script. Adam Silver says he looks forward to watching the movie.

NBA has become too lax in enforcement under Silver. David Stern would have torn all of these teams apart. Nba has almost 10% as much rule circumvention as the NCAA. Too high.

Usually with the expectation they won’t be compensated through other means. AD getting that SJ2 money and starring role courtesy of Chalm.

What about the NBA gift wrapping Zion to the pelicans... crazy that the Pelicans get the 1st pick the year after they trade chris paul ( get anthony davis) and now the NBA knew Davis wanted out so thet gift wrap them Zion. Seems too perfect.

Not to mention NBA gift wraps the Lakers the 4th overall pick, who had the same small chance as the Heat moving up. Perfect trade filler to complete the Anthony Davis trade.

NBA where gift wrapping happens.

Executive Producer: Lebron James
Producer: Maverick Carter

Lebron James is an employee of the Lakers. Maverick Carter has served as James' business manager since 2006. Carter (along with James, Rich Paul and Randy Mims) is one of the founders and principals of agent and sports-marketing company LRMR.

Rich Paul is AD’s agent.
Lebron James is an employee of an organization, owner of the agency representing a player on the team, and employer of a player on the team.

This has conflict of interest written all over it.

Adam Silver doesnt care. He admitted that Rich Paul came up to him and told him Luke Walton shouldnt be coaching the Lakers at a dinner meeting he was having with Maverick Carter. So two of Lebrons boys are meeting with the commish. Seems like a fair balanced league.

This is why the NFL will always be better than the NBA. NBA bent the knee to Lebron and the players. It made the league less competitive.

Breaking News, Pelicans relocating to Canada. Reason? The want to be closer to natural nesting grounds and home, in the north.

Return to Miami Heat
