If a straight up 2-team trade, it seems like it could be minimum something like:

HOU out:
- FVV
- Jock Landale
- 1 or 2 FRP

MIA out:
- Butler
- T Bryant
- Dru Smith

With certain picks and prospects being mixed in and out to fill that base.

Think Houston has the right picks, mix of young players, and filler contracts to get something realistically done. I don’t see us making anything happen with Golden State. Not sure we have any interest in overpaying Kuminga.

I’m leaning Houston as well.

I forgot to add Houston also has the means to alleviate the tax bill. Golden State is under 1st apron restrictions and Dallas really doesn’t have much.

Those 3 expirings aren’t in the rotation though, it just depends how bad they want to win. Bridges just went for like 5-6 1sts or whatever, Jimmy is a proven elite playoff performer

You can easily see even with this just a basis that Houston and Heat are great trade partners. They have the ammo we need for our next rebuild. Fill up the coffers with the picks then we can make future moves. Don’t think it will be 4 1st but i can see 2 1st with either Whitmore or Eason included.

Just get the most you can for the next pivot and I’ll be happy tbh. I’d love to have 4 1sts and several young guys like Jovic, Jaime, Pelle and Ware with the contracts of Rozier, Duncan, and Brooks to go star hunting this summer. We’d potentially have enough for 2 all stars next to Bam and Herro depending on situation

That’s where I’m thinking he goes with Jimmy going to Houston. 3-4-5 is Houston Mavs and warriors, warriors will need to react to a Jimmy to Houston trade or they’re screwed
