Ive been ignoring the whole Herro/katya drama, i said it on another thread, i honestly dont give a **** what Herro does or any pro athlete/celebrity does with their personal lives. Do they win games..

Tristan thompson about to have another child with that kardashian again even though hes fathered twenty kids with twenty other women, because of course he is. These people with money are up to all kinds of wacky **** and in the end no one in the locker room or front office cares, do they help you win is all they care about.

whats the difference between being in practice or a coach? he could have the same impact if he just were a coach because he no longer contributes to anything meaningful on the court.

It is about the Miami Heat saving money. If you have a player/coach, conveniently you eliminate another spot player cost or another coach cost, so in a sense it is 2 for the price of 1.

One situation where we really needed that extra roster spot was the playoffs. Haslem was a non-factor and our roster was thin due to injuries. An extra guard or forward could have really helped, even if it was for 5 high energy minutes in a game.

Like Yurt? Young players that take up that spot are not getting minutes in the playoffs.

In the playoffs, at least in our team the 10-15 Man on the roster affect the outcome by 0%. The 7-9 man on the roster affected our outcome by less than 10%. The 1-6 man on our roster affected our outcome by 90%. ( We fix those positions, and you win the Boston series and perhaps take down GSW ).

On the UD/15th spot discussion, it's not like we expect whoever is in the 15th spot to contribute in the playoffs, or maybe even in the regular season. It's like buying futures. We can stash someone who has the potential to help 1 or 2 years down the road. With UD, it's basically a dead spot, which is why this is all so frustrating since we have basically just decided to go with 14 spots for the foreseeable future.
