Can you imagine this team adding Beal turner buddy and McConnell? It’d be a wrap
I can imagine it.
In fact, I can see a scenario in which Mia can get Dame with Grant instead of Beal and still get Hield, Turner, and McConnell.
Spoiler alert, you’re not gonna like the price that it would take to get all of these guys to join Jimmy lol
Luckily the FO is too smart to do the last deal and Dame wants to be here because of Bam because he realizes how perfect of a winning and impact player he is to play with

Doubtful. Continuing to disregard the tax and the second apron compounding long term salary onto the cap. The biggest gift Beal is going to do for us is get the Wiz to take on Duncan’s contract with Herro. Bobby Marks is spot on with his deal. I see a high probability of Lowry coming back for one more run with fellow Bartlestein client Beal and allowing his 30 mil to expire next year to offset the signings this year that press us against the 19.5 mil second apron. With him expiring next year it gets us to about full no tax payer MLE money to stay under the tax next year to avoid repeater in the following year.

The sober truth is that the possibility of getting Dame to Mia without trading Bam is beyond a long shot.
5 guys pod had a so called plugged in guy on their recent show and he confirmed the notion

The more I look at this Cap situation, the more im inclined to agree, Lowry is staying to help offset our salary next year when he comes off the books.

Then he’s not coming because the eliminates the main reason he would come in the first place.
People just act like we can’t come up with 5+ 1sts to send out for Dame if he becomes available, no one is offering more than that and Miami is already his preferred destination. Sean Highkin isn’t taking any of that into account, everything they’re basing their talks on are current assets.

Pressure also comes into play which really doesn't effect Herro all that much so you would think his playoff numbers wouldn't dip much but they do. It really hurts Miami's ability to forecast Herro's protectory with him missing all but 1/2 a game in these playoffs but it does keep his potential somewhat intact.
Let's look at Beal and Herro regular season up to age 23. Not too different.Spoiler:
Now... lets see what they were doing in the playoffs up to age 23. It's a much different story.Spoiler:

We have many avenues to come up with more assets, this isn’t last offseason where we’re just screwed on making any deals happen because Herros contract situation, lowry and Dipo not being expiring, and Duncan’s value being much worse.
