LeBron can be good for 2 or 4 more season. Ware can be a better player for 10 years. So choose wisely

Yup… I’m out. No to Ware for LeBron. Lebron goes where he wants and for less than what you want. I am sure he does not want to deplete his next team…

Yup, with Ayton signed the Lakers don't need Ware really.

Get Collins please, that’s a helluva power rotation. Then get LeBron and Bronny, sign Dame.

Terry and a 2nd for Collins gets them a guard and their 2nd back from the Sexton trade (which made no sense)

The most id do for lebron and bronny because theyre a packaged deal

Wiggins
Rozier expiring
JJJ
Later years first round Pick swap (2029 or beyond) - and thats pushing it.. for a guy that may retire after one season.

Losing DFS should’ve led to adding Wiggins, getting Ayton should as well. Ayton sucks but he’s a name so they probably think he’ll help.

Apparently our asking price for Wiggins is way too high though.

Thank GOD he is not on our team anymore. What a ridiculous overpay for a specialist that does one thing only

Apparently year 2 is just partially guaranteed and year 3 is not guaranteed.

Most likely ends up being a 1 year deal.

Well, I think it's just more than the asset starved Lakers can offer.

I think the ideal would be to flip Rozier and a second for Collins, trade Wiggins to LA for Rui and Kleber, and flip those two for a starting caliber small forward who can shoot.

I like the Collins idea a lot, retain him after next season on a solid deal and your power rotation for the future is set.

Lakers just got a get out of jail free card with Ayton being bought out out of nowhere, now they have a $5M a year offer out to Horford as well. I’m pretty sure they were holding out on assets because they thought they would need them to find a center, now they’re likely about to get 2 without having to give any assets. My hope would be they’re willing to let their 1st go for Wiggins now but I also could’ve swore I read a report saying we viewed Wiggins being more valuable than just 1 1st.

Rui + Knecht is (at minimum) the package we should be seeking.

That being said, Knecht doesn't excite me all that much. People act like he's some young kid, but the fact is he is just as old as Jaime and averaged the exact same stats. He is a better shooter for sure, but will he really get cleaner looks here (playing with Herro and Bam) than he did in LA, where he played alongside LeBron, Anthony Davis, and Luka Doncic?

Rookie Jaime clears rookie Knecht, and I think Dalton will probably experience 2nd year growing pains - similar to what Jaime experienced.

Id flip Knecht so fast. I dont need his skillset, I need a 2027 pick.

Honestly just get Rozier off the roster and it's not a bad off season. I just don't want him anywhere near the team.

He is gettable if we want him

LeBron doesn’t want a buy out it’s a stain on his legacy, and he also wants to look like the good guy here.

LA doesn’t want a buy out either, they would be best served recouping something, and have a great separation with an all time player for their image.

Miami is positioned to make this move, I can’t help but think they will take a swing at it, but if they do I doubt we hear about it until it is completed or months after it falls through. This will be handled delicately

Makes sense to me why they backed up off the KD move and have been slow to act here on some of the secondary targets

I don't think he would want to come back. He couldn't have his way and control of the franchise the first time. I don't see our FO giving in to him like other teams have.

Yup. This is where the fan base lose me. The way in which he left put a sour taste in the mouths of this organisation & fans. Setting up secret meetings w/ Gilbert, leaving our team & FO hanging & left before we cld properly make moves to compensate. This is the guy you want back? Fans will sell their souls for rings.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Fans are never satisfied.
But what's this "tipping point"? What happens when tipped? The empty arena? Not watching Heat games? Become Magic fans? It's all just talking head speaks.

Everyone needs clicks and content in the attention economy.

Some project & claim it’s common among the rest. Sensationalism bs is reporting for the weak.
