Its just a rehashing of what we've known for over a year. I don't think there has been any real "movement" on the Beal trade front.

Has this person been right before? She’s been starting a whole bunch of rumors left and right this off-season.

I don’t know. But that Vin Fosh clown who actually called the CP3 deal, said Beal to Miami. Now we hear there’s been discussions.

Doesn’t mean it will happen, but Miami isn’t sitting back waiting for Giannis that’s for sure.

Trading for Beal now the Heat could have 30 mill to work with in free agency. If this is accurate. ImageImage

My guess is this has to do with a Gallinari S&T. We'd pick up Gallinari, the 28th pick and the 53rd pick while giving up our 20th pick and matching salaries.

I think it's a smart move by Miami especially if they think they can get the big man they are after at pick 28.

We likely won't make the trade until draft day when we know whether our guys are still on the board.

We wanted rumors to crank up. So just enjoy. It may or may not happen. But trade, draft and free agent season is here.

Contingent on if Heat gut the roster for Beal, would Ricky Rubio be a good target to fill the point guard void?

PG: Rubio - Dragic
SG: Beal - Matthews
SF: Butler - Robinson
PF: Galinari - Milsap - Okpala
Ce: Adebayo - ______?

Trade assets to compete more in 2021 or keep assets and add max contract for 2022?

I don't see how, but I'd love for Riley to find a healthy middle ground.

How much cap space would the Heat have if they traded for Beal? Assuming salaries match.

He gone. Dilemma for the Heat. Pursue Harden or wait for Giannis. I don't see how Giannis stays with Bucks, the East is getting more competitive and I don't see how the Bucks can swing a trade to keep up. I'm on the wait for Giannis trade. It's tempting but patience is key here. Harden is better all around but Giannis puts immense pressure on the defense, you need the whole team to guard him. Put Giannis with our shooters and cutters, that offense would be incredible.

I say wait. I like this core and the team should see how some of these players develop. Be much easier to add to the mix down road.

I'd take Yannis if Beard was gone, but I have a hard time betting on a number 1 option that can't shoot

I like Beal. I like Giannis. Let's get both. Nunn as the centerpiece.

Say we trade for Beal and the Nets trade for Harden. Are we really any better than we were this past season?

Milwaukee, Brooklyn, Boston, Toronto, Indiana and Philly all would still be on a similar level to us. So you're probably still looking at a 4-5 seed.

Now, if we can add Beal PLUS maintain Giannis flexibility, well....that's different. You have to look at that.
