Bam quietly had what, 6 points in the second half? I guess we are going to have to get a #1 this summer

Butler started of a$$ finished off a$$. That 4 min stretch was nice but needed it in the 3rd quarter. If we went to 4th with a 7pt ot 9 point lead we would have had cushion to win this.
Overall Denver was just way better. Jokic was by far best player in series. And Denver had the next 2 out of 3 best players in Murray and Gordon.
Butler just didn't close the game performance wise with Joker to make it competitive and too much was expected from the role players to win. And most of them had run out of gas after Celtic series.
If only we'd close that series early maybe Caleb or Gabe or Struss would have had more to give this round. Not to pile on Butler, but again this was another consequence of his drop in performance in the Boston series. We barely got through Celtics with him playing like that but it wasn't gonna fly against Denver.

1-7 in the second half.

Best player this game and all series by far; not even close. He’ll be better next year

Not even upset. Just a little sad that Jimmy played the way he played. From MJ to Anthony Bennett

Oh well, we were losing the series anyway. No reason to bag on the team.

Happy for this run, it was amazing

Upgrade at the 4, and get another scorer. We’re close. We just need a little more offensive firepower.

I’m down bad but it is what it is. We had a hell of a run and ran into a better team. We had our chances tonight.

This sucks but I'm not hurt. It Sucks because we nowhere near played our best ball this series. Been hard on Jimmy for how he's played but I feel for him.

Ouch.

True though. Your best player has to step up and he didn't/couldn't. I'm VERY curious to hear what the injury was that he was nursing. I don't think he will say it, but Spo might or it'll be leaked somehow in the coming week.

Like we were with KD and Mitchell? I'll believe it when I see it. We're gonna overpay for Strus and Gabe.

Great season, fam

Absolutely!!!! Jokic is a beast, congrats to that man!!!

Taking the homerism out of it, Denver is the class of the league and deserve to be champs.

I think they are the best team since the Warriors with KD

Gotta send respect to the bigs as well— I did not believe in the ability of a big to win a legit chip and Jokic is not one of them. That boy is different

And I derided the org for drafting Bam and he’s been instrumental in us getting to two NBA finals in his first five years— Salute!!! That boy is a baller, though not a first or second option, which is a huge compliment imo

GG Denver and all their fans!

He did what he had to do in the first half. Can't expect him to guard the best player in the league while scoring 30 in this series. I would say Bam is easily the MVP of the series for the Heat.
