Cavs got lucky he fell. Now fans can see how good he can be when surrounded by NBA talent instead of what he had at USC. He went to the right team, with their scoring in the backcourt.

If the Celtics get Ben, We are screwed... I don't like him, but I have a feeling you would be a perfect fit in Boston

The rumor is it's J.Brown for Simmons, which is a major chit move for them...don't get the appeal.

Would the Celtics be an immediate contender, NO. Is it possible to build a contender around Tatum and Simmons as centerpieces, possibly. Likely take a few years to remodel the roster around those two. And Simmons has to evolve.

No way do I trade JB for BS. Can't even entertain that trade. BS is quickly becoming a diva, with a mega contract, who causes issues internally. You don't trade a premium package for that.

Watching a replay of the Cavs-Raps game on NBA TV, and Toronto is LIT! Feels like a game 7 when it should be just another regular season game. Wonder if all their games are like this. WoW!

Westbrook has to be top 10 lowest basketball iq ever. I don't blame Durant jumping on Warriors bandwagon after years playing with Westbrook

Westbrick had like 3 back to back turnovers, then got a tech, then misses that FT. He's so bad

What does one thing have to do with the other?

As much as Brown feels like the guys who is more Heat, I don’t think he ever plays here. In fat, I think it’s more likely we have Tatum play for us at some point. It’s a long straw, but hear me out.

Tatum & Bam have a lower level Wade/Bron thing going on. Their friendship has a competitive nature to it, but it’s built from respect. If Brown was to ever split from Celtics, I think we find out that he & Tatum weren’t buds in any way, and that both feel freer without the other. Bam wouldn’t do Tatum like that, by giving Brown a home.

Instead I think there’s more smoke/fire to a Bam/Tatum/3rd type of big-3 from that class & I think the 3rd is Fox. This is just wild speculation, but I think those are the types of players who would to a Jimmy/Lowry type of thing: plan to play together before they fall off a cliff, and eventually find a spot to do it. I can see them figuring things out amongst themselves and telling the team what’s happening (a la Bron/Wade/Bosh signings & Lowry’s S&T).
