Colins seems unlikely for many reasons. First they are in the same conference as us. Second we are trying to dump Duncan in a trade. Third we are about to see the market set again by what the Knicks do.

Assuming the Knicks do a Knicks thing, Atlanta will want at least two first round draft picks for Colins if not more.

Marcus Morris Sr, Myles Turner, and Harrison Barnes. I think ICC confirmed that Atlanta told us to kick rocks asking about Collins

And with Indiana striking out on Ayton, I doubt Turner is on the block. If this were any other franchise, I'd think that Barnes would be traded ASAP in order to give the keys to Murray, but it's the Kings so who knows.

And as proof, they signed KZ

Morris might be our best bet at this point.

That’s better than 2/3’s of teams in the league.

Is Mitchell to the Knicks a blockbuster, if so you may have that soon!

Let me clarify, blockbuster for the Heat.

Does Robinson and something for a PF count as a Miami blockbuster, doubt that comes soon though.

But I want someone in the media in our corner to pump up our players. We only hear negatives in the media about Herro, and yet he is closer to an all star than a guy like RJ.

Lowry and Robinson (probably deserved on Robinson) also get talked down a ton.

We need a cheerleader like the Knicks and other teams have. Can’t let our assets be maligned like this!

We should start with our fanbase first.

It's in the Heat's benefit that the KD stuff drags on. Obviously annoying from a fans point of view but Brooklyn was never going to ask quickly on a deal. PHX has basically thwarted their own chances at KD leaving Miami as the only location that KD has actually named as a potential landing spot.

No, but getting Drob off the roster was on the list if things I wanted to see this offseason so I’ll praise OP if it occurs.

If they haven’t exhausted every avenue by now i don’t know what more is there to discuss. Are they just waiting by a phone praying BK says yes after they keep telling us no?

It’s almost over bud. Few more pages left. Millsap Mania was a lot more wholesome. Will put this disaster volume 5 well in the past

Just call my name when you guys ready for KD in VOL 6. Yes I'm "that poster".

Yeah even those options can dry up fast. Atlanta doesn't seem all that inclined to trade Collins last I read too.

Durant is allergic to Miami I guess.....That dumb dumb should be moving heaven and earth to come here.

Imagine a young Durant in the hands of Pat Riley building around him?

oh well. we run it back with Playoff Lowry and "they want me to shoot more, i heard em" Adebayo

Sorry about the "that poster" reference! Felt like throwing up just thinking of going back pages searching for your post.

Please stick around, we are all trying to get this to 100, so shouldn't be too long :)

Exactly, we need more of that Yurt energy. Too much bickering and factions here.

OP lost us mitchell but got us higher chances with KD with the suns signing Ayton so it’s 75/25

Still didn’t get the big treasure though

I’m about to hang it up on hope for any blockbuster trade occurring soon. Sometimes Heat management strikes out in an offseason. Like the year they went for Gordon Haywood or the year they went after Durant as a FA. Setbacks happen, but at least they have a plan to get to winning it all and stick to it. That’s better than 2/3’s of teams in the league.

From all the information I have received heres why Kyrie would be a no go:

1. Miami feels he is a liability asset and no worth giving up anything for which expires after this season.
2A. Brooklyn convinced him to stay, because of lack of offers to help sell Durant on staying.
2B. in the off chance they would want to deal him it would be after a Durant blockbuster trade, they cannot risk him sent out now and Durant really pushing to get the hell out by any means necessary. With him in the lineup their is a chance albeit small chance at least for him to stay if they don't find a working trade for Durant.
3C. if Durant is traded to any one team, expect Kyrie to be shipped immediate to whom ever would enter re-negotiations. Miami will not be one of those teams.
