Really hope we get to see him in the tourney

An extended tourney could really boost his stock.

Pretty easy trade, but Houston could me more sold on the potential prosperity reaped if PHX falls on their face.

W/ that said if Trae can grow up, change his approach & willing to be guided he cld absolutely work here. We have to be adamant he fully buys in to our standards & ways. I trust our organization if they’re willing to commit to a player such as Trae.

I remember a few years ago, Trae was very complimentary of Spo and the Miami heat organization. I believe he would love to be here.

I wouldn't be against it if we were willing to take him on w/ the understanding he lifts the quality of himself & his play. He has talent & skills we need.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Heat lose to Boston. Bulls won last night. Hoping raptors win and go on a hot streak and we fall to 11th.
Improbable but I'm hopeful. We have been horrible. Idk if spo is embracing the tank or not... cuz he looks lost out there this season.

Im not playing anyone with a minor injury moving forward. Time to pack it in..

There isnt a single player on our team that the franchise nor the fans should consider untradeable. Im selling to the highest bidder on anyone they call for and im blowing this team up.

Of course....

I would be shocked if anyone in ownership views this season as an unrecoverable coaching problem. They have gotten deep into the playoffs ahead of what the common perception of their schedule would be. They have gotten knee capped several times on the home run "move" it appeared they were trying to line up for....and the whole Butler doing Butler things went down.

Clearly Spo realized things have got to change after the playin seasons, and he made changes for this year....it is hard to fault the guy because this one season...he could not turn chicken **** into chicken Dinner.

it kinda kills me...I can't think of any other time a Coach in any sport is forced to start lots of undrafted players and consistently win, let alone go deep enough in the post season to play in the most meaningful games.

I do not want to talk bad about any players, or Coach Spo ( I too hate small ball with a passion)....but I am sure he has enough goodwill to get a chance to build this team back up to being a contender.

I could be really wrong on this....in fact....let me not even attempt to post a fact instead ask a question...

What is Lauri's catch and shoot 3pt percentage?

Stat muse is saying 34.9%....I just don't know if I am asking the right question.

If that is correct, that is lower than both Jovic and Duncan (37%), and I could imagine his role would be kinda similar.

Do people that want him envision him doing something else? Is that something else going to get in the way of what Bam and Tyler wants to do?

It's well past time to start playing guys like Ware, Larsson, JJJ, and when/if he returns Jovic BIG minutes. Lets accelerate their development and experience and stop completely wasting this season. Same with Mitchell let him develop more on offense, he has the look of being a very useful player for us and is still young. Enough with minutes for guys like Duncan and Rozier. And let Bam, Wiggins, Herro sit whenever banged up in the slightest. Start getting the G-league guys minutes too. Spo isn't tanking, or if he is can't even manage to do that right. It's time, we're losing regardless, lets find out what we have and let the youth sink or swim.

I believe it’s 33%, I’m very skeptical on him all things considered.

It’s good to see our front office finally getting exposed in the news and on social media.

Jimmy covered up a lot of Pat Riley's mistakes in this roster building. He single-handedly led the Heat to two Finals appearances.
Now that he’s gone, this team lacks a true star to lean on.

Given everything, I really believe he deserves that extra year, even if we don’t win.

Tatum kicked Wiggins ankle in the last seconds of the first half and if I saw well he played in pain in second half.
Lets see if he plays today against Memphis.

As for the game I think Miami played better from previous games.
They played good defense after the first timeout of Spoelstra

But at some point they have to win

Team needs a rock bottom and they’re getting it. Time to recognize as an organization how far they’ve fallen adjust accordingly. Team may have to go through a purgatory period but the rebuild will need to come eventually IMO. The arrogant days of everyone in the organization patting each other on the back living by the Heat culture mantra are over. Need someone innovative to take over for Pat and lead us to draft our next franchise cornerstone through drafting high. We are absolutely not 1 piece away from competing for championships with the current core, period

Too many good college conference tournament games on now to watch. Looks like Duke is going to win ACC tournament without Flagg. Not sure how Rutgers has two guys projected to go 2 and 3 in draft (Harper and Bailey) and they are horrible?

Mocks I have seen still have Heat locked in at 11 taking Fears.
