Knick fans are bitching cause we are succeeding while their team sucks, and Beno Udrih probably had the best season of all Knick guards. GET OVER IT!

The sore loser Raptors fans who are young, immature and full of jealousy. GET OVER IT!

The scared Heat fans who are worried that they got SWEPT in the regular season and have a matchup problem with the Nets.

And, all the small market fans who are mad that we spent so much money while you got none. GET OVER IT!

Your tears taste great!

Show a little respect for how much better our season was then yours!

Would love to Punt His ass right in the face

Joe Johnson & the Nets are awfully confident for a team that barely won Game 7 in Toronto. I would love to sweep these bums so badly. Tanking on purpose to get into our bracket F* CK BROOKLYN! LET'S GO HEAT!!!

Everytime I mention them tanking in the regular season they deny it. It's pretty clear they started it early so that they could secure the 6th seed. They were tanking for a Raps and Heat matchup.
Looking for a new signature. Currently, still evaluating.

I really dont think most Nets fans think theyll win the series. Just probably still on a high after first series win in like 6 years. I think Heat will win in 5 or 6 games. That being said im looking forward to a highly competitive interesting series. Glad i dont have to listen to Raps fan complain about refs and troll anymore, Know you guys been there done that so you guys wont troll and will have more respectful discussions. Well good luck to ya'll and i think whoever wins the series goes to NBA finals

I didn't expect this many fans from the Raptors and especially the Knicks to take our side in this series. Guess they all want the actress, the tough guy, and the rest of them to go down more than us.

I really don't give 2 craps about what Nets players or fans think about whether they can beat us or not in a playoff series. They made it to their version of NBA finals, congrats, we have a bigger goal so let's play and see you next year.

We have a different opponent, don't really care if we play the same, too late in the game to change anyway, However, if any adjustments needs to be made, curious to see what will they be. It's one thing to practice HARD against your own players that know your system, it's another to practice on different sets for a different opponent.

Sincerely hope my cautions are put to rest soon after this first game has ended. Not gonna make any predictions, just want to advance. I would like for our players to PLAY and our coaches to COACH and get this 1st game win.

No more "wait til this or that" - the time is now...I am hopping to see the best from each player or staff member. I'm hoping that the "Historic" feat(3peat) is not lost on anyone and we do not save anything for another day. That day is NOW, that time is NOW.

p.s. whoever this staff decides to start and/or play i'll accept...not gonna waste my time botching about rotations, playing time or none of that shot.....Been wearing the same 2006 championship white jersey all year, gonna continue to wear it..

Of course I would have liked the Raptors to win yesterday, but my alter ego said...the baseball gods want us to go through the NETS..so here we are...This is our destiny......TO GO THROUGH THE NETS

WIN...that's it.......WIN

1 small mistake in this excellent post :P

I'm not really comparing Deron Williams & Kemba Walker or saying Kemba is on Deron William's level but they both play a similar style. Deron Williams is not going to attack our PG's the way a Russell Westbrook or a Tony Parker would consistently. Last year against Brooklyn NoCo did a great job slowing down Deron Williams. I wouldn't mind seeing Cole close out games guarding him if Chalmers can't stay in front of him or picks up a lot of fouls

Cole can keep up with him, but lately Cole has been fouling shooters and the worse thing that can happen is Cole fouling him when he puts up a 3... or just shoots in general

I swear we lost a game already with Cole doing that. I forgot against who, but we had a game in the bag and Cole goes and fouls somebody and they sealed the win... was it the Nets? lmao I don't even know.

"I thought when we played them in Boston, we buried them," Heat guard Dwyane Wade said. "They had their reign on top. We were able to overcome. We've had our reign on top, and now they're trying to overcome [again]."

We will start off slow. We always do. And we will have 4 possessions in a row where we force a Haslem jumper then a wade post up. Then a bosh jumper. Then a rio drive.

I was just coming in to post about this. It would be great if we could get off to a good start & not play catch up with the Nets all game long. Our lackadaisical starts against the Nets in the regular season were the main cause for our loses against them. We always came back but failed to finish the comeback attempts. Idc who is in the starting line up, just be prepared to play some ball
