I don't think so. I think the agreement has to happen before the deadline. The reporting/announcement can come later

It has to be agreed to in principle but can have a few moving parts to make sure it works. They also have to let the NBA office know what's happening.

Maybe this is why Yurtseven was hyping his pairing with Bam and throwing up Heat and 777 today. Maybe Riley got Spo to commit. Hoping i guess. Would ease the pain of the deadline
