Do you think it's because of our DHO / off ball screen offense.?

My theory is that, when guys can't get open, the ball handler just stands there dribbling, and that ball handler usually isn't prepared for when the play fails, so they pass it off to the next guy, who's also caught off guard and is usually well-defended.

When we run other types of plays, it seems like things go a lot more smoothly.
